Service was hit-or-miss. Saw our server only a few times; saw the manager & bus boy more. Don't know why service wasn't that great; the restaurant was pretty much empty except for us, but then became more crowded as we were ready to leave. Food was mediocre, little taste, for a high price. The margarita flatbread was bland & the crust was chewy. We also ordered the pulled pork sliders, & the hamburger sliders. Neither stood out, although the size of the hamburger sliders were huge - more like burger-sized than slider sized! We won't be back to Kona Grill....but if you want to try this place, go during Happy Hour when food prices are drastically reduced.

I travel a lot and review many places in TripAdvisor. This place is amazing. I donât rave often. Their manager, Lou, suggested pizza and burgers when I arrived but I wanted something a little heartier. If their pizza and burgers were recommended, they may be heaven. Because their ribs were the greatest Iâve had anywhere. Their steak was fantastic. The fish tacos were great too. The ribs, though, were out of this world. They fall literally off the bone. I was not in a great mood because of a missed connection that left me stranded in Chicago. But this place was so good, Iâm almost ok with the detour and lost day. It is an incredible place and itâs highly recommended from a curmudgeon.

My salad was ordinary. My mother's soup was good,but too salty. The decor is lovely and suits the restaurant perfectly. The service was quite attentive.

The front might but not the interior. Its a chain, its burgers and a bar. A sports bar at that and scantily glad good looking girls which is the best part. If it were not for that, I would not go back. Noisy too. Its a pretty typical place except for the waitresses...

This restaurant is recently opened and providing great food, service and a huge selection of draft beer. The atmosphere is open and lively but seems they have found a way to keep the noise down. Our lunch at TGI Friday's was wonderful! We were greeted warmly by the kindest lady who appeared to be a manager acting as host for the lunch shift. Our server was named Jake and he was phenomenal. He was attentive, gracious, and made my friend and I feel as though we were guests in his home. Our meal was delicious! The salsa was mild, but flavorful. The greens in my salad were fresh and crisp, and the chicken and bacon were cooked to perfection. Clearly they have their act together and are a good team! Highly recommended!

The menu for Lake County's Restaurant Week was absolutely delicious! The menu was created by 2 of the incredible Chefs there -- Charles and Maynor. We were so impressed with the dishes that we had to ask! A variety of options for each course and everything that was brought to our table both looked and tasted great. Please put the Tuna Tartare on your regular menu -- it was incredible! Very friendly staff including our waitress, JJ. Thank you for a great experience -- we have already planned to go back this weekend with the kids.Thank you for taking a moment to share your experience. Birthday celebration dinner. In past dining experience when visiting from out of town, dinner was over the top. This time, just âtolerableâ. Server was very slow and inattentive. They were out of about everything we wanted. Not even an offer of substitute, etc. tad disappointing. I think it had been a graduation weekend. Maybe busier than normal? Local businesses should stay aprised of area events and be prepared. Pretty disappointed this time.

It had been awhile since we had come to Spears, so after the grandkids' two different soccer games, we headed for Spears. We were seated immediately and our server was there quickly with our drink order. We started off with cheese curds which everyone enjoyed. We then ordered a Wagyu burger which was shared. A prime rib dip was enjoyed and the prime rib was really good. We had the spicy mac & cheese. We enjoyed it, but my grandson thought it was a bit too hot and could not get enough water. He and my granddaughter made up for it with the pile of cotton candy that they got at the end. Reasonably priced, very good food, great service
