This a great place to get out of the sun and have a mid-afternoon bite to eat coupled with a cerveza or two (or three or four).Seating including the bar is about 100, so it's cozy. They have lots of TV's playing music vids, except of course if there is a futbol match on, then every screen is watching futbol.They have an excellent selection of beer, including some local CR craft beers and a number of imports.The menu is varied and the food is really good and I think it's a great value. My go-tos are the patacones con ceviche, chifrijo and just plain ceviche.

Great place to stop for a meal between San Jose and La Fortuna. The chicharrones are very good and the steak is tasty as well. The mashed potatoes are outstanding and the vegetable sides were fresh. The chicken papagallo is a unique dish with a large portion of breaded chicken topped with a tasty sauce and cheese. Our service was attentive. Artisan beers in addition to the more traditional Costa Rican beers are also served.

My wife and kids ate at several restaurants in Costa Rica, this one was by far the most memorable one. They have a lot of items on the menu, so I recommend asking the waiter for the most popular dishes. The garlic lemon shrimp and spring rolls were fantastic! The owner happened to be making fresh dumplings that day, so we ordered some. The staff was really friendly and the owner spoke English. Overall great experience!Thanks for sharing your experience Mr. Parson we hope to see you soon with your family. Have a nice trip back to London!

Delicious pizza. Nice ambience in the pub/restaurant. Each pizza is at least a 12' and can easily feed two people unless you are starving on arrival. Service was friendly and efficient. A great find when looking for some non- native Costa Rican food but not a fast food chain. Well worth the visit
