my first time visiting the golf club for our xmas party, i was very impressed with the layout, very nice and clean aswell, thoroughly enjoyed the night the dj was good, we had a buffet which was all fresh and really nice would definatly consider booking this venue again

Called in for a light lunch and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and drink served to us, We couldn't complain about the prices tho, both food and drink were very reasonable. The pub is clean and tidy but could do with a little upgrade on the decor.

Walking along the prom on Friday evening and came accross this little gem. Bustling with people having drinks, coffee, pizza while the sun went down. Such a relaxed atmosphere. Even dogs wandering around while owners chatted with friends they had bumped into. A great boost for Rhyl.

A lovely traditional pub which provides great beers.The food is absolutely spot on.This pub has been neglected for the last few months but the new husband and wife landlords have brought it back to life.I highly recommend the Swan. What a nice little gem.

Popped in to watch the boxing. The base from the music upstairs was so loud that it was vibrating through the ceiling downstairs and made for a terrible atmosphere. The venue was dead with literally only a few people. Toilets are dirty and smelly. Whilst talking to a friend about the boxing I was shocked to see the owner of the venue verbally and extremely aggressively shout at and lunge towards a female member of staff. What seemed to be his friend, stepped in to try to stop him. However, he did not stop shouting at the top of his voice and we genuinely thought he was going to physically attack her. It was very shocking, he appeared to have been drinking and seemed totally out of control. We left pretty quickly after this and would never go back to such a volatile establishment with an owner who behaves in such a way towards women.Hi '32941', This matter has been taken to the police due to the incident that happened within the bar and the female member of staff turning aggressive. We found this hidden gem on the back streets of Rhyl, and what a find. The landlord Tiny is very welcoming, the regulars are all friendly and the cook Donna makes the best home cooked food I think in North Wales. It is really reasonably priced and the portions are excellent. We loved it so much we went to the steak night which is every Friday, then went back for Sunday dinner which she does as in a carvary style. There is a good choice of beers on draft and It also welcomes dogs. This is a great little hide away that we will certainly be returning to.

Iâve read the reviews for this pub before we came which helped us pick where we would stay. What a shock we got - we have a dog so could only use the public bar so had to sit with the local drunk/drug addict who continuously used the F and C word. Food and drink average and I cannot say how disappointing it was. Thankfully we found somewhere else even though we paid for a taxi each way. Nothing would make us go back there. If I could give it a zero I would.Firstly may I say thank you for the Review as we welcome them good or bad,But I must point out that the majority of Food Businesses "Do Not" allow animals due to health & Hygiene, so we allow them in the public Bar And to my amazement you seemed to have got yourself acquainted with the locals so much so that you know they are the local Drunks and that you have also pointed out about Drug addicts, Well unless you personally watched these so called drug addicts take drugs Who are you to Judge others on their appearance and as for our beverages & Food its your typical Pub Grub Menu thats to be expected from a village pub as its not a gordan ramsay restaurant in the city. Its very sad to see such a negative review putting down a local business due to no fault of their own!...Again we welcome all reviews and listen to suggestions, but in this case I find nothing of Use to the business to help us moved forward. We were here on a Thursday when a pint of real ale is just £2.50! Even on other days it is only £3. Beer was superbly kept and we sampled a few different ales. Great beer garden which we used as we had our dog. Would love it if an area inside could be made dog friendly just in case the weather was not good. On this occasion it was boiling and a real sun trap.

Came in with a friend on a Friday night. It was quite busy. We ordered the 3 grazers for £10 and they were yummy. The chef Kyle was really quick to send them out and we enjoyed every last bit of them. It was enough for the two of us with a bottle of Prossecco which was only £9.95 on a Friday. The bar staff were great and welcoming. Chloe really looked after us. Will definitely be dining again! I visited as one of a party of over 30, for voting our Christmas office lunch.They had plenty of advance notice of s vegan (me) attending, and did pretty well, generally. Starter was mushrooms in Dundee sorry of sauce, main course a lovely nut roast and all the veggies.The odd but was they said in advance that, if I took my own vegan Christmas pudding, they would heat it up for me. So I did and they nuked it! Bizarre to think that a place of this standing court source a vegan Christmas pudding - I popped down Asda! I gifted the rest of it to their other customers. :o)Very friendly and efficient staff, very nice surroundings.
