With so much mediocre food from all the Johnny-come-only-in-winters in Hakuba, itâs great that a local is doing really nice food and coffee... and sheâll be here year round!The poached egg, prosciutto and avocado breakfast, and the chicken parm baguette are really top notch!Well done young lady, and thank you!!

Cool atmosphere, a good place to grab a drink. Burgers were really nice and something different in hakuba to check out. Only downside was the slow service (not that bad when on holiday) and waitstaff were a little inattentive with our food order even though we explained one in our group was Celiac.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment above the Hakuba Brew Pub for 7 nights in Jan 18 and dined at the Pub for almost every meal. The staff were great and there was nothing they wouldnât do to accommodate our dietary needs as my wife is vegetarian. The head chef even went to the trouble of cooking a special vegan meal for her a couple of the nights we dined there. The meals were plentiful and tasty and were very reasonably priced. Atmosphere at night after a long day on the slopes was awesome with the open fire and huge windows over looking part of the ski fields. Watching it snow outside while you are sitting inside next to a toasty warm fire drinking is a great relaxing feeling. I would definitely recommend this place if you love skiing and good food. Iâll be back.

We have eaten in this restaurant 3 nights and have enjoyed every meal. I am gluten intolerant and the wait staff have been very helpful and attentive checking with the chef what dishes I can eat. On our 3rd night the Chef treated us with a plate of gluten-free salmon nigiri-sushi (seasoned with salt, not soy sauce). It was excellent. The restaurant is beautifully presented with wooden surrounds and large windows to watch the snow falling outside.

Great drinks, the go to bar in Echoland. The people running the bar used to do the same thing at Niseko but wanted a quiter life so they moved to Hakuba... well I don't think thier life changed that much. The bar is busy and I really like thier citris themed drinks.... Citris beer and such. Definitely check it out after 10 pm

Food was very good, but a tad bit overpriced in my opinion. The staff was very friendly, however service was rather slow. It was indeed a weekend but they seemed adequately staffed to keep up with the weekend traffic. Would visit again when dinners not on my dime ;)

We were a group of 10 and booked ahead at this cute little bar. All starters and meals were delicious and of a good size. Entertainment every night and the night we were there was Karaoke and it was awesome !! Everybody in the bar was joining in and the atmosphere was fantastic. Service was awesome too. Would highly recommend this place for a really fun night out with great food. My husband and I also had lunch here which was absolutely delicious. Don't miss out on this place, you'll love it !!

Delicious burgers! Great place to check out if you need a break from Japanese food. When I saw the size of the burgers coming out of the kitchen, I was like how am I going to eat that gargantuan burger? Do they have a kids menu? The bun makes the burger look bigger than it really is, but in reality itâs a really thin bun and they put a ton of really crispy lettuce so itâs just right! Good food and fun atmosphere. Check it out!
