Loved the French toast much and desserts. My hubby ordered sweet potato fries and my gf ordered waffles , but it was already cold. So immediately spoke to the Manager and immediately he took action and replaced it. Appreciate that he himself served it to us. This is why Iâm only giving it a 4 star.We're sorry to hear that your visit was not off to the best start, Andrea! I enjoyed my Cobb Salad w/shrimp and my son enjoyed his dishes; Caesar Salad and pasta with meatballs (nothing tremendous, just good). What I really liked about my experience here, however, was the vino. There are several nice options to choose from, red and white, and a variety of 3 oz. pours (red) that you can taste before you buy. Nothing too exotic, mind you, just a solid selection of good wines.

The title says it all. If its an Irish Pub and they don't have Smithwicks step away - quickly. Mannings was friendly, clean, and inviting. I wouldn't have minded enjoying the entire evening there but had to check out some other spots on LI. This pub is just steps away from the Holiday Inn and is a much better option then the restaurant/bar there.

Got there on a crowded Friday night. The hostess was off on her assessment of how long it would take to get a table. I was originally told it would be 25 minutes. it became 45. Not her fault but it would have been nice if she were able to better gauge the wait. Isn't that her job?It was crowded and service was a little slow but that as OK. We ordered a burger well done (which I know is ridiculous) and a French Dip sandwich.The sandwich was good although a little smaller than I had remembered. The burger came medium with a lot of pink. My guest wanted it done more. When it came back a few minutes later, it looked like it had gone through warehouse fire. My guest ate half, went home and was sick all night.THe live music is situated right in front of the hostess. I know they to make changes but that is a joke.I will go back. I do enjoy the food but the new management needs to do a better job,
