Now we don't have to go to Garland for authentic Vietnamese food. I am glad we found pho Ok in Richardson. It's WAY BETTER than OK. The portions are big, the prices are low. We had spring rolls, grilled chicken and rice, vermicelli with pork, shrimp and vermicelli with grilled chicken. We are coming back!

Authentic, Cantonese Chinese. Fresh roasted duck and all the traditional Chines dishes. When I'm in dallas this a top choice - priced reasonably.

Edoko was a wonderful place to visit. The Sushi was awesome. We had children with us an the staff brought a picture an crayons to occupy their time while waiting for the dishes. The wait staff was very attentive always their to help or refill your glasses.

There is nothing fancy about this restaurant located in an ordinary strip shopping center, but the restaurant consistently produces great food with a clean, fresh and pure taste. I especially like the curry dishes, but you might want to ask them to tone down the spice when you order, as the dishes tend to have more spice (heat) than you might want. The lunch specials Monday through Friday are very well priced and a good value. This is one of my favorite places to eat in the Dallas area. If you want a place with a lot of atmosphere and elegant surroundings, this isn't your place. But if you want a Thai restaurant with great fresh dishes, then you will want to keep going back to this place.

There is a strip mall along greenville avenue with a street sign that says China Town. The main entrance has two shishi (stone lions) and Chinese totems. A row of stone statues follow the road. It's attractive. There are dozens of Asian based restaurant and stores here. Jeng Chi is among them.As I walked through the front door, I was let down a little. It looks like a massive Chinese Buffet that is about volume at a very cheap price. It's not, but the look is similar. It's a wide open space with minimal decor. The menus are in Chinese with English subtexts. Every single employee I saw was appeared to be Asian.Service was okay. I did not get any sense of happiness or welcoming vibe. It felt more like volume drudgery to cover all the tables in the place. They were always polite, but it felt forced and there was no talking or interacting to add a level of genuineness.I did enjoy my food. It's why I landed on four stars. It speaks for itself. The staff, atmosphere, and experience add nothing to the rating. Taking home a bag of frozen dumplings and steaming them at home was a nice end to my food experience.

This time we visited on a weekday, when Dim Sum lunch begins at 11:00am. Same good dishes, but fewer than is available on Sundays. Much less crowded on weekdays, so no need for reservations or standing in lines, and better for access to waiters. They also offer lower-priced 'one-dish with rice' set-lunches for the impatient or less adventurous. One problem is they allow smoking right outside their always-open second-floor front door so noxious cigarette smoke odors wafted in periodically. They really need to ban smokers from that area! Remember also that Dim Sum is not cheap. We paid $78 for four adults at lunch this time. Last Sunday our bill was $140 for six persons, who ate many more dishes.

I can see from other reviews that I am in the minority-but I have eaten at a number of very good Thai places before. The service was good and servers friendly. But the food was really quite terrible. I met a friend there for lunch ( maybe the dinner menu is better?). Because neither of us had ever eaten at this place before we ordered our go to new Thai place dishes. I had the pad Thai and my friend had the tofu curry. The entrees came with salads and soup. The soup was just nasty bitter tasting. The salad was a basic iceberg lettuce variety. The pad Thai was pretty terrible - gummy noodles, too much sauce. My friend was unable to eat her curry- it was just tasteless. We also had the crad cream cheese rolls. These were ok- pretty processed. I wouldnât recommend this place based on the really terrible food.

I have been staying near this restaurant for 8 years and never knew it existed until a friend told me how good it was. My friend was spot on as 3 of us enjoyed great Sushi and Sashimi. The fish was very fresh and the rolls were excellent. very attentive service.
