My wife and I were passing through. Well worth the visit! The food is excellent. I have enjoyed Thai food in US: California, Hawaii, New Jersey, Canada: Saskatchewan, and Thailand: Chiang Mai. (And I probably forgot some other places too!) Now I add Virginia to my list. But remember, like all great food, it should be expected to vary from region to region -- even within Thailand. So you may think it should be more spicy, less spicy, different mix of vegetables, etc.All that variety is good. What more can I say other than I like it!

We loved this place1 It was nearby to our hotel, the food was great, the staff was helpful and friendly, service was good, and a quiet relaxing atmosphere. For us this was a home run, after a long day traveling, we agreed we wished it was located in our town, so we could go more often. We enjoyed it immensely.

So glad I followed reviewers advice! Travelling for baseball and craving sushi, I was fortunate to find this amazing place next to my hotel! The staff was welcoming and friendly. I ordered shumai and Green Dragon roll for takeout. Absolutely beautiful presentation and flavors were exceptional! So glad I gave them a try!

We recently had a family gathering in a lodge in the Shenandoah Valley. Fifteen family members decided to go out for dinner one night and we selected the Peking China restaurant based upon TripAdvisor reviews. In a strip mall you might expect the normal so-so Chinese food. Not at Peking China. We were quickly seated (all 15 of us) and ordered a Family Style dinner that included Combination Fried Rice, Chicken Lo Mein, Orange Beef, Orange Chicken, Triple Delight (beef, chicken and gulf shrimp), Four Seasons (chicken, roast pork, crab meat, beef w/mushroom and vegetables), Sesame Chicken, Ma-Po Tofu, and General Tso's Chicken. I sampled everything (as did most of our party) and everyone was raving about how good the food was. And, we had top notch service by their small staff. So if you are in the Shenandoah, head for Elkton and a Chinese treat. Well done!!!!

Stopped in on a recent business trip. This place is at the end of an unassuming strip mall. Easily missed. Once inside the place was pretty busy with only one poor waiter but he handled everyone very well. Place is super clean inside and new. Had a schwarz bier on tap and it was very good. Ordered the jagerschnitzel with spaetzle and a small side salad. It was one of the best I have eaten here in North America or also in Germany. Prices are very reasonable and portion sizes are perfect. Would go back in a blink!

BoBoKo Indonesian Cafe is certainly one special little restaurant that it is worth visiting if you are a local or visiting the Harrisonburg area. We were fortunate to find a table during a weekday for dinner, and were quickly sat. The level of customer service provided by our waitress went above and beyond, where you feel like being at home. Based on previous recommendations by other JMU colleagues, all items in the menu are quite delicious, but the beef randang stood out from the rest. The nutella rolls for dessert with macaroons were also delicious and worth trying out. Prices are significantly decent and portions are more than generous. I would definitely recommend this restaurant anytime!Thanks so much for taking the time to review our Cafe. It is very satisfying to us when we get reviews indicating our customers are happy with their experience when dining with us. We look forward to serving you again in the near future.
