Bori is an intimate restaurant in Mannheim that is now on my list of favorite eateries.Our party split two starters, the Dim Sum and the lightly fried pockets. The starters come with a small side salad in a lightly seasoned vinaigrette. For the main, I selected the rice and tuna fish dish topped with a fried egg. Every main comes with a sampling of Kimchi, seaweed, and bean sprouts â all served in beautiful ceramic dishes. There are also lots of veggie, seafood, and meat options for your to try.The food at Bori offered me a new world of tastes and I will be back to experience Korean food again.Tip: They only accept cash and reservations are a must.

Running sushi with boats which makes the experience great for kids.Two choose platters/set menus, one decided to order Edamame, Yakitori and avocado rolls... two decided for the floating sushi. All very delicious and fresh however some were very small, especially the Yakitori. Service was attentive but not very friendly.Overall a very decent Sushi

Le's Sushi Bar is family-owned and it shows. Loving attention to detail, perfect sushi creations and a passionate sushi-chef who clearly loves what he does are just some of the many ways Le's Sushi Bar wins you over with. You can't leave this small gem without feeling satisfied on every level: fish quality: top, service: top, menu selection: top and best of all? The most likeable sushi-devoted family you can imagine! Le, a seasoned and well-known sushi chef, runs his small restaurant together with his daughter and wife and you feel welcome and at home right away. You have to leave eventually, which you will do reluctantly...and you will be back many times, I promise! Le's Sushi Bar is still a hidden secret I'm hesitant to share but from one sushi-lover to another: this place is a MUST-SEE, MUST-TRY.

The food was excellent and the service also. Mannheim inner city has many International Resterants, but not enough American Dining like in the states. Their are of course fast food Mc Donalds and Burger King and KFC and other type Hamburger dining places which are also tasty.

Very good restaurant: cozy interior, extremely friendly service (the energy and investment of the staff to get a cab, where ours had let us down was heartwarming); the food, although not authentic Japanese, was very tasty and well presented; ingredients were of good quality and portions adequate; price quality ratio was very good; I would certainly return! Almost 5 stars.

Good interiors and totally transports you to India while in Mannheim. All dishes were quite good. Fish curry with rice and bread is a good option. Shrimp biryani was excellent. Good service.

We tried the deep fried shrimps as starter. It was perfectly fried and the sweet-chili sauce on side were perfectly balanced. I definitely recommend it.Then we tried a rice dish and a noodle dish which were both delicious.The only hiccup in the restaurant is that they had only 1 English menu which we had to wait for 15 minutes to have a look.Good atmosphere, good food, good value for money.Definitely reccomended.

No many concerns about the sushi itself, quite good must admit, but quite expensive as well. The restaurant is moderate clean, the service is acceptable. We couldn't pay with credit cards, we have been told "we cannot accept international circuits". Please check before get in, as you need cash.

I came to this restaurant through TripAdvisor, ordered very simply chicken fried rice for my family, service was fast, got given tea while I wait, staff was very friendly and efficient and the food was absolutely amazing even though it was a ordinary dish. Nothing ordinary about it.

Don't get me wrong: We enjoyed our dinner at Natthanicha Thai Kitchen in Mannheim. But let's be precise: It's not a "real" restaurant. It's a small dining room holding a maximum of about 16-20, with tables arranged in such a way that you don't have to overhear every single word of your neighbors' conversation. Two friendly Thai women serve, and maybe also cook. Everything is freshly made. It's served way too fast: we are big eaters, ordering 2 starters and 3 mains, and it was all over in under 45 minutes. Good food, but rather generic. Portions are generous. But it's the usual, nothing unusual: pork laab just OK, spring rolls only fair, then yellow curry chicken, red curry beef (meat tough), and shrimp pad thai. Friendly people. Cash only, no alcohol, good iced tea. Germany has some really top Thai restaurants, with unusual and interesting offerings, I'm thinking about places in Tübingen and Stuttgart, the latter one of the best I've ever eaten in. Maybe there's even one in Mannheim. But the number one restaurant in Mannheim???? I doubt it; in fact I hope not! Natthanicha is a good solid "fast food" spot for Thai food fanatics like us. I don't think its owners pretend to much more than that.
