Diners should always we be wary when a restaurant includes "authentic" in the name of their restaurant. And that lesson is learned here. The food is not really authentic Japanese, just an attempt on Japanese food. We were surprised that we were served kimchi although we ordered exclusively from the Japanese menu (they also serve Korean food). The white wine ordered by my companion is yellow, closer to the color of the red rooster beer. It seems it was staying in the fridge for a very long time. They run out of sake. The soup is a bit salty and the sashimi is just okay but definitely not the freshest in town.

Authentic sushi and Japanese food, although over-priced. Fish was very fresh and plentiful, but if you're used to creative or fusion style sushi, you might be disappointed. What irritated us though was that the otherwise courteous server kept pushing on us what she thought we should have. She wouldn't let me read the menu at first and kept insisting I just look at photos at the back. Then we ordered vegi tempura and she insisted we have the mixed tempura. We corrected her twice and said we only wanted the vegi tempura. We were served and charged for the mixed one.

This place is better than most in shabby downtown Koror...but Japanese tourists in recent years have completely distorted the market and have driven prices through the roof! Everywhere in Palau really...But is a town with few good restaurants this is one of the good ones.

Lots of fresh Sashimi from the ocean and a good wine and Sake selection. We also had Mangrove Crab (not that great) and some local potato chips. Chef is from Japan.

I consider it a very good restaurant with local, western, Japanese and some Chinese food on the menu. Service is usually fast and friendly and the food is well presented and quite good. One side of the restaurant is like a coffee shop, brightly lit for friends getting together to gossip and do business, and the other is more formal and laid out for just enjoying the good food. with friends and family. It is generally informal and not intended to impress particularly but just to provide good food and good service and I think it does that very well.

Terrible! They passed off Pad Thai with broccoli in it as Pad Se Ew, and they served us Satay sauce and chicken as Panang Curry - so bad we had to laugh. No wonder we were the only ones there!
Authentic Thai food, delicious and good service. Near to the hotel i stay and also just opposite the supermarket. Convenient place for a good meal.

I ate here twice during a family trip to Palau and would return. The menu is extensive so thereâs something for everyone. Our favorites were the steamed parrotfish, taro croquettes, crab in coconut milk, mangrove clam spaghetti in a light garlic and butter sauce, hibiscus tuna sushi (beautiful edible flowers), and the Palau platter that has tastings of about 8 items. Excellent service thatâs very attentive yet not obtrusive and reasonable prices.

Right when I arrived in Palau I saw the mingles ad inside the baggage claim and decided to have a try. Did not disappoint me at all. The waitress were from Thailand and they were very kind. I especially enjoyed their local seafood, like the mangrove crab curry. Though I would complain that on some days they werenât able to have a lot of the seafoods available. Otherwise, I highly recommend and the view is great, you have a supermarket right across the restaurant and an awesome ride back to your hotel in a firetruck

It's on the main street of Koror, but upstairs and bit unobtrusive. Don't let that deter you, Tori Tori is terrific. From the sushi and sashimi to the noodles, it more than satisfied our party of four. Their prices were very reasonable. We were very, very pleased and surprised by the authenticity and freshness of all our entrees. If you want excellent Japanese cuisine, don't miss it. .

There were 5 of us so we tried many dishes. Everything we tried was good. The shrimp tempura was not the same as the ones you would usually expect. Itâs much thinner batter. Donât go for ramen unless you want the instant noddles in a place of bag.
