We ate here on a lonely planet recommendation and weâre not disappointed. The seafood was fresh and delicious. We had calamari, salad and white rice and vegetable curry and rice, this was more than enough for us, but Niroshan gave us buffalo curd and kurakkan for desert! He was a wonderful host and even provided a complimentary tuk tuk ride home. If you are staying in Tisserera you must give this unassuming restaurant a go.....

Hot spot serve food fresh and warmly always. Hot spot special srilankan rice and curry is our best. we have more than 500 curry recipes change it day to day. Fresh seafood western foods & Chinese foods also we serve.

Prabath and the rest of the staff gave us a great service and went above and beyond to offer us what we wanted. He sat with us and we talked about culture, food, tourism and everything Sri Lanka related. I would recommend his restaurant to everyone visiting Tissa! Thank you :)

Stopped here for lunch after checking out from Ruhunu Safari before heading to Tangalle. The food was delicious and well presented. I definitely recommend the seafood platter, and their juice's were excellent. Staff was friendly and pleasant. If you are looking for good food and fair price in Tissamaharama this is the place to go. I highly recommend it, I didn't have good experiences in the other places, so I would return only to this one. The owner is really friendly and dedicated.

Young owners with many experiences in hospitality started this restaurant just 18 months ago and it's already best place you can find around Yala NP for enjoy your dinner with fresh meals. From seafood (jumbo prawns, lobster, octopus) and many kind of fish. Everyday fresh right from fishermans to your plate. Fresh juices, one of the best in Sri Lanka. If you're staying in Tissa this is really "must go" place!!!

Excellent dinner at beautiful and cozy place! Very friendly staff! Great place to watch animals. Great location! Definitely worth the trip from the village! Very flexibel with dinner times. We were not guests at the hotel but felt very welcome nonetheless! A lovely atmosphere in this beach side restaurant which forms part of a boutique hotel. The service is attentive and charming while the food is beautifully served and delicious. Lovely views over towards the Indian Ocean with beautiful boulders on the beach. Any time of year you can chose to sit outdoor or top of the rock next to restaurant because it's has unbelievable views with ocean and green trees. It has a very nice beach bar as well not much of the crowd since place is new and not much people around. Also we used nikara hotel pool with very reasonable rates. ooh forgot to tell the restaurant is build around big rock with complete natural friendly way..

Portion is smaller. Meal is quiet good. According to your expanding capasity you was ordered jest a starter for lunch. visited this restaurant in July and was surprised by the quality of their food.This is a hidden gem in Tissamaharama.The seafood was super fresh and was spot on.Also the owner is so friendly and service was excellent.Will surely visit again.
