I have been to Indians all around the country in fact all around the world and I have to say the food at the downham tandoori cannot be beaten . Add to that friendly service and a lovely atmosphere it really is a great place . Canât recommend it enough .

I ate here with my wife and friends on a Tuesday evening. It was very quiet, only one other couple dining while we were there, but everything was good. We were greeted by a lovely smiling lady in Thai dress and drinks were ordered and served whilst we chose our food. I really enjoyed my Poh Pia Goong starter and the Pad Kee Mao was excellent, having been offered to have it cooked hot or medium (I chose medium). Prices of food and drink are reasonable ( a nice Spanish red wine was £15.95) and all of our group thorough;ly enjoyed the evening.
