Had dinner at the Casino restaurant tonight and was pleasantly surprised. The menu choice will cover most tastes from vegetarian to full on Bavarian. I chose the Vienna Schnitzel which was served with a choice or potatoes I chose roasted which were prepared with onions and parsley. The meal came with a side salad which was mainly spinach with peppers and cucumber dressed nicely. My server was very attentive and polite and spoke very good English. I ate in the Winter-garden which had a nice atmosphere. I was staying at the hotel so to have a restaurant of this quality nearby was a real bonus. I will be back for sure.

I can only review their food, we've only ever had take away at "Thai House".First of all, their name is misleading: you'll get most things Asian there, from Thai to Chinese to Sushi. I've ordered several dishes so far, I liked all of them. The cooks seem to use quality ingredients and properly cook/fry them, so the meat is not rubbery and the carrots are not raw. My wife has had green curry every time, she says it's the best she's ever had anywhere. That may be subjective, but I'd still highly recommend this place.

Visited twice in October. First time had really delicious remedy from German food. Decided to have Hot and Sour Soup plus large-starter of mixed Asian salads. The soup was different from the UK version, but equally delicious and complex. The salads were delicious, but more normal for a UK palette - duck, glass noodle, and thai style papaya/cabbage/carrot.Second time had a not-spicy-enough Dragon Squid, which was again well cooked, but not as unusual as I'd hoped. Still a very pleasant experience with lots of vegetables - hurrah.Overall this restaurant is good enough for a 10 mile trip, but perhaps not for 30 miles. The menu is very long and takes some figuring out, but the ambience makes this a pleasure, and this is one of the better Asian restaurants outside of major cities. If you are in this area, it's a must.
