Quite a few restaurants were closed in Polignano as it was Monday night and this included the restaurant we had intended on visiting.Frankly, weâre pleased it was closed as this establishment in Via Roma was superb.Itâs easy to know when youâve found a good restaurant as the service speaks volumes. Here Lorenzo, our waiter along with his female colleagues were exceptional.The atmosphere was really good, the soft jazz was spot on and of course the food dishes topped it all off. The salads were fresh, the pasta and fish dishes brilliant and the Tiramisu was the icing on the cake!We are in Polignano for three nights and despite the choice of eating places weâve decided to go back tomorrow night.

Cena in famiglia con moglie e i miei tre figli. Entriamo pregustando una serata con pizza e magari una bella frittura di pesce per tutti. Ordiniamo il tutto ( completa mancanza di menu scritto o di consigli da parte del personale ) ma dopo 15 minuti ci dicono che la frittura non câè ... non ci propongono alternative ... mangiamo le pizze ( accettabili ) e andiamo via ... si ha la sensazione che il titolare non sia affatto del mestiere ... è un lavoro che necessita di grande esperienza e preparazione.
