Walleye is my favorite freshwater fish. One that is not readily available in my part of the country. So after much phone searching on a recent road trip, I found it listed on this restaurant's menu. I decided this would definitely be our lunch stop. I was not disappointed. It was delicious. The waitstaff was friendly and efficient, we received quick service and fair prices and did I mention that the walleye was wonderful.

We ate here three times for dinner in a week. They arenât open before 4:00 pm. We tried steak with garlic butter, pork spare ribs and fried shrimp. Servings are generous, and servers are smalltown friendly. These were the largest, most delectable ribs that Iâve ever had, and Iâm from Texas. We wrote the book on barbeque! Make time to eat at Cliffordâs if youâre in Watertown, South Dakota. It gets rather crowded Friday and Saturday nights, and all holidays. An excellent find!

Visited for the first time. Found the staff to be welcoming throughout the visit. The manager took time at checkout to chat about the weather and his recent golf outing in Nevada. The server was very nice and paid attention to us carefully throughout the meal.The food offering are many and with good variety and choices. The food was timely, hot, and flavorful. Very nice experience

Applebee's does a good job of providing a diverse menu coupled to good customer service. This location continues the tradition of Applebee's. The host greeted us in a warm friendly manner and we were seated in less than a minute. Our server arrived a minute of tow later to take drink orders. It was Happy Hour so we enjoyed a nice beer. No frosted glass and the beer could have been a little colder. The menu has a a nice selection of offering that should meet the requirements of most diners. My wife enjoyed soup and salad. It was prepared and served in a timely manner. I enjoyed the grilled chicken breast, also prepared and served in a timely manner. The quantity of food served was inline with the prices. It was a pleasant meal after a long day of traveling.

I had a business meeting here based on a recommendation. The setting is wonderful in an old woolworth's building. Well appointed....the coffee is great. The scones were small but good. They have a backroom for large groups and you can get up to 32 people there. Perfect for business or non profit or church settings. I hate to admit that this chain type restaurant is the best in town, because I really try to support local, but it really offers the best menu options and best service for couples looking for a romantic elegant night out. The mood is mellow and quiet, not too bright and service has been exceptional every time I have visited. The blue cheese steak tips and Asian lettuce wraps are so good. Also, the Mac and cheese does not disappoint at all and I donât even like Mac and cheese. This is one of the only places I will consider eating with my partner in town. Worth every penny.This is an amazing review! Wheel Inn is a staple in Watertown... I remember as a kid it was a treat for us to go have dinner here! Recently placed a to-go order and was told it would be about 10 minutes. Took a little longer than expected but the food didn't disappoint. We just had a breakfast of eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, and toast. Nothing spectacular but it was good on chilly, windy day!

Stopped in on a weekend shortly after noon. Ordered the chicken philly with fries.The sauce and onions on the sandwich were amazing, with the chicken being average, and the bun being below average. More flavorful chicken and a fresh bun with dipping sauce would make this an A+ sandwich. Will return. Excellent service!

This place is a gem in the middle of the plains. Not only were the people attentive, the decor amazing, but the food was AMAZING. We had pizza, calzone and pasta and it was some of the best food we have ever had for a great price. We are going to be visiting this place every time we come through now.
