Such a lovely place to visit! Made an extra effort for my daughter who was only months old at the time making sure her needs were met and she also could enjoy some finger food to try, food was super tasty and really nicely presented. Milkshakes are the best ever! So tasty and made fresh i always have one if in the area! Everything is freshly made and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. We visit here regular and recieve mainly a good experience.. The odd occasion there's been an issue however staff promptly sort it out. We do however use the meerkat deal which we find great value for money so given using this we find it a great experience and mainly enjoy the experience. Also the staff are really friendly and pleasant here.

Sat listening to an incredibly rude woman complaining constantly to the staff when she randomly turned up with over a dozen people including some very loud badly behaved children who we could hear even when we moved to the other side of the room. Throughout it all the staff were patient and respectful to people who really didnât deserve it. Well done Michelle P and the rest. As regular customers we appreciate you all.
