We have lived in the area for many years and just found this restaurant...recommended by a neighbour. We went for Sunday Brunch. The parking lot was full ... impressive ... there was a line up at the door ... impressive ... and we were seated within ten minutes ... impressive. The staff are very pleasant and welcoming and the restaurant is very clean. I ordered the Banana Pancake Special and it was delicious. My husband ordered the Kathryn's Breakfast Special...tons of food, nicely presented and was very delicious. Our coffee cups were filled on a regular basis without having to ask. The menu is large and I feel sure everything on it will be equally as delicious. We will be back !!!!!!!!

This is one of my favourite spots. I have yet to be disappointed with any dish I have tried. Their home made soups are amazing. My favourite meal is the Grilled Mediterranean Salad with steak. The steak is always cooked to perfection and tender. The whole salad is served in an edible bowl freshly made. I can also vouch for the French Fries, Cheese Burgers and Breakfasts.Their portion size is large, so you get quality and quantity. The staff is friendly, efficient and have a lot of patience. They have daily specials including Sunday which is 40% off for seniors. You can't buy groceries that inexpensive!

Love coming here, food is excellent, staff is friendly and you never leave hungry. This place has a variety of food for everyone and the place is always busy. Coffee is unlimited.

I order Halibut and chips, chips well done and extra tartar sauce. The batter was not very crispy and not fully coat fish. The chips were mussy and not crisspy and only 1 tartar sauce was given. The fish tasted good chips were very mushy when I got home... It was only an average meal.

Went for an early mother's day treat on Saturday night. The place was probably only half full so we decided to go in. Our server was pleasant but she was also waiting on a group of about 8 men who seemed to monopolize quite a bit of her time (not her fault) so we waited too long for our meal.The selection of burgers and their toppings is quite impressive and its nice that vegetarians can choose between a soy burger or a Portobello mushroom. My daughter enjoyed her beef burger and I liked the taste of my soy burger but I wish restaurants would realize that they don't need to be on the grill for the same amount of time as meat. The edges were pretty burnt.Total for 2, with an appetizer and tip, no alcohol was $58! For burgers? We were looking for a budget-friendly place but this isn't it.

Food was good. Ambience was nice. Modern, cozy decor. The location is convenient if you live in Durham. The only drawback is that the wait to be seated can sometimes be a long one. So, arrive early!

We were pleasantly surprised at this place. We were looking for something different to order for a family party of 10. Earlier in the week, my mother-in-law spoke to Sharm (sorry if I misspelled the name). He said if we call the day before it would help, so I did. He was polite, helpful and went out of his way to make the birthday special! Delivery was exactly as ordered and on time! The food was plentiful and delicious! We had a wide range of wings, beef brisket, chicken, pulled pork etc. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed everything! Thank you for your excellent food and customer service!

Recently heard about this place after hearing about the renovations on a local forum. I decided to take me wife here for my birthday and this place did not disappoint. First off, location is immaculate. The views are absolutely stunning!!!. The setting and atmosphere is well done. As for the food. Very tasty and presentation was though out tastefully.Staff are kind an attentive.This is deff. One of our top 10 places of places to eat. Only thing I would recommend is a bug zapper lol

To begin..this restaurant has a huge menu to choose from.All the plates are very tasty and plentiful. I especially like the chicken fajitas which is basically enough to share. On special Saturdays.My friend enjoyed his prime rib sandwich..again a special on Saturday.Service is usually very quick and efficient. Servers are welcoming and friendly. Prices are fair.Only problem is thenoise factor. We try to sit to the left side which is quieter.We have made this a regular dining spot.

A Wednesday afternoon, about 1PM ; only a few occupied tables in the large space ; I think it draws mostly in the evening when sports are on TV. The service was very good provided by a friendly waitress ; the table ware is clean ; the table and chairs are clean too. The washroom is also clean. This road house style restaurant seems about typical ; loud music ; plenty large screens to watch sports ; high tables ; ... and so-so food. Along with the sandwich I had a Coors draft ; cost came to about $25 incl tip.Allen-y-doncThx for sharing your visit and your comments. We are a very busy place mid afternoon through the evening as you mention well known for our food and atmosphere. I am disappointed that we didnât leave you with that impression. Hopefully you will come and see us again to see that we can do much better. Sorry that, that didnât happen this time. Best,
