Agree with reviewers about the awkward set-up in this youthful, trendy little place - you wait in line to order, first salads, then pizza. It can be confusing, even intimidating, for first-time diners. First dinnertime visit. Early on a summer Sat. evening was a good time to go. parking for this somewhat hidden little place was better (other businesses there were closed) - small lot. Outside dining helped the cramped first floor from being so tight (there is an upstairs space too). People even brought their dogs! This couple shared a good Cobb salad, split in two. Dressing can be light medium or heavy - medium was perfect. Gluten-free pizza crust was pasty & pretty tasteless but toppings were fresh. Pizza was better on regular crust - try one with prosciutto! Only one menu option for those who do not care for tomato sauce base, but it turned out to be sparse so not a big deal. Bet they’d sub. Plenty for two people with leftovers. Glass of wine for each brought the bill to about $60 - ok for dinner but for lunch, pretty steep. Would just as soon go to sit-down full service restaurant with more substantial tables & chairs (theirs are fitting for fast food or ice cream parlor). We paid extra separately for dessert - homemade gelato and sorbet - Excellent! Will likely go again when hungry for fresh, tasty salads. Or perhaps just for dessert!

Stopped in for a quick dinner bite. Alex, our server was absolutely phenomenal. No pressure, laid back, attentive, personable and professional. The cheese dip and chips for an appetizer really could have been the main course, it is that good. For dinner we both had burgers, my had a cheeseburger with Boursin cheese, while I had the bacon, egg and cheddar burger. Both came with wonderful fries.Loved the "no rush" atmosphere and the laid back ambience. This is on our "let's do this again" list.

Good Food, little disappointed overall selections of the menu but the choices that are on it are of Xcellent quality. Went on Wednesday afternoon, not too crowded with no wait. We had pimento cheese appetizer, my wife had Tomato Bisque soup and salad and I had the burger. All good. Tomato Bisque the best.

We picked this location on a Sunday night after a day of travel; husband and I decided to split the 3 meat, four ribs 3 sides Ultimate platter. A classic case of our eyes being bigger than our stomachs! Perhaps the restaurant needed to move a lot of food during their last hour, but the plate bulged with our meats: pulled pork, beef brisket, and burnt ends. There are six distinct barbecue sauces at table and we tried every one. First, let me get our one criticism out of the way. I love piping hot food. Well, the meats were only warm. Not sure again if this was due to the last hour of being open on a Sunday night. Now to the bouquet- the burnt ends are something special- juicy, flavorful meat with that tangy burnt crust. They also held their heat better than the other meats. Pulled pork was also delicious and would have been superb at a hotter temperature. I’m from Texas, where beef brisket is king, so was underwhelmed with theirs, found it dry. Ribs are small baby back pork ribs but they too were very tasty. Sides of potato salad, Cole slaw, and beans were tasty but portions were small (but you are here for the meat after all!). Fortunately, our hotel has a fridge so we have left overs to compliment our morning breakfast, in retrospect decided the regular platter would have been plenty for 2 seniors to share.

First time in Arkansas and coming from foody California, I approached Table28 with a bit of trepidation. Boy, was I wrong! We were greeted warmly and immediately seated for our reservation. After the server brought water, he returned with a bean dip with french bread - on the house. The dip was very good, but the bread might have been improved with a slight toasting. Wine list was extensive and reasonably priced, although our server wasn't too familiar with the wines. He was also a bit unsure on how to answer some of our questions about the ingredients in some of the dishes - new perhaps? Our table started with the CHARDONNAY BRAISED ARTICHOKE & HEARTS OF PALM DIP - it was excellent, tasted as advertised and disappeared quickly. For mains, our table had the CALAMARI SCHNITZEL-very different than what was expected but still rated highly, two in our party had the FARRO RISOTTO -declared delicious by both persons and I had the RAVIOLI~ LOUISIANA CRAWFISH, which was possibly the best ravioli I've every had, including on trips to Italy. We were full and didn't have room for dessert. The ambience of the restaurant isn't the best (below ground level in a nondescript hotel and our server seemed a little "green," but the food was so good, I would give Table28 the highest rating.NeroNewDelphi,Thank you for sharing your experience with us! I am glad to see that although you were hesitant we were able to exceed your expectations. Our Executive Chef Scott Rains actually went to culinary school and worked for a few Michelin star restaurants in California before returning home to Arkansas. Be sure to come back and see us the next time that you are in town. We recently modified our menu to include the summer harvest of Arkansas. Show us this review for an appetizer on us!

We ate here several times in the past and the food was great. However not tonight! The purple hull peas and cornbread we’re liking eating dessert. It was so sweet and disappointing. The food didn’t come out together and after 20 minutes they brought another side dish we ordered with our original order. We were finished eating and sent the side order back - they still charged us for it!! The kids chicken was burnt and smallest serving I’ve ever seen. Lastly the chicken n dumplings was like chicken soup with veggies. Not what we expected! The cheeseburger and meatloaf were the only two good items we had at the table.

My wife and I live in north AR, so this was our first time to eat here. It was really excellent-all the rave reviews we have heard about this place seem totally justified. The appetizers were very imaginative and flavorful. The soup was awesome (especially the mushroom!). Our party of eight ordered different entrees so I was able to sample several: each was delicious in its own way. Hot fresh and seasoned to perfection, not a single complaint was heard from our group. As one would expect, the total price was on the high side, but considering the overall experience, I was happy to sign the check.I can clearly see why Brave New Restaurant holds the #1 position in LIttle Rock.
