While up in Kane laying my father in his final resting place, we found this bar by chance. Best bartenders around! Coming from Ohio and being Buckeye fans, we did take some razzing from the locals when we asked to find the Buckeye game! But that's ok. . . We know how to give it back!! Great service! Had a band in there, which was great, and we came close closing the bar down! Will visit again when we are back in town!!
We stopped in for a Friday fish fry, something traditional in our area. There was a menu board in front of the door displaying that night's specials. The building is a nicely renovated former hotel/bar/restaurant. The restored original oak woodwork is complimented by matching chair rail wainscoting and dark green walls. There is a separate large bar area and 2 dining areas to allow for larger groups. We both ordered the fried haddock, although the menu features a large variety of choices. Our waitress quickly brought our drinks, salads, and warm homemade rolls. Within 10 minutes, our dinners arrived. The large filet was lightly coated and although deep fried, it was not greasy. Ample sour cream and butter were provided for the baked potatoes. I needed a box for my dinner leftovers and my dinner partner finished their dinner, so we had no room for dessert. At $10, the meal was reasonable. Our pleasant waitress was busy with other tables, but checked back twice to see if our dinners were ok and if we needed dessert or beverage refills. The only negative was the window air conditioner. Even though we were about 20 feet away, it was quite loud. Also, the restrooms might be a bit of a walk for someone who has physical limitations.

We went to Bradford, Pennsylvania and asked a local where a good place to eat was. They suggested Barrel House. The local people always know the best eateries.Cute restaurant with a Texaco sign and old pickup outside, which sets the mood and you know this is going to be charming. Inside it is decorated with train signs and lanterns. The food was outstanding, a very full menu and the prices were extremely reasonable. There were all sorts of people dining, from tourists like us to locals to police.Clean, quick service, good home cooking and good prices. Make this a stop when you are in the area. If you are going to the Kinzua Bridge Skywalk, this is only about 4 miles away. You won't be sorry!

family style restaurant in small town in PA worth reviewing, it was terrific
We make at least one trip to Bob's every time we are in Kane. All of their food is delicious...but our favorite is the white pizza. The breakfast is delicious too! My kids love getting ice cream there because they have a huge variety of flavors and they serve very generous portions.

We were there for a late lunch, so no wait. The food was excellent and priced more than reasonable. The portions were generous. The beer was cheap. Tried the Souvlaki Chicken and Beef special.- really good and in hindsight would have been enough to share if you order an extra salad. Mind you, we didn't do that and had a boat load of food! Still had to try the pie. :) It was wonderful!I'm so glad you enjoyed everything and thank you for the review!!! Hope to see you again!

An early-birthday dinner at Table 105 did not disappoint! Our meal was incredible, and our server Theresa was amazing! We did the whole dining experience...drinks (the salted caramel white Russian will change your life), appetizer (the calamari is one of the best we've ever had), duck entree and braised pork shank (SO SO SO delicious), and dessert (a white cake version of pineapple upside down cake...had to take it home because we were so full). Can't wait to go back! Thank you, Table 105, for a truly wonderful dining experience!Your to kind, so incredibly happy you made Table 105 part of your Birthday celebration. We look forward to exceeding your expectations in the future. Cheers
