On main Street in farmingdale, nice place, clean, good staff. The bar area is nice, good selection of beer on tap. Happy hour, Sunday brunch they have it all. Soup was good, pretzel was good, ravioli was good, meatballs good, salad was good. Beer on tap , 7.00, soda 2.50, food around 16.00 a plate. Great choice to have a few drinks and dinner. Live band on Saturday, one of the best restaurants and bars on main Street

Panera Bread is a great place to have a quick bite especially if you are pressed for time. Their onion soup is delicious and so is their signature broccoli soup. They have a huge variety of salads which are all good. You can even have a combo which includes a salad and a half a sandwich. They have many different flavors of bagels with a special bagel called an almond crunch bagel which is more like a dessert than a breakfast bagel. It's outstanding. If you are looking for a fast lunch or dinner Panera Bread should suit your cravings. Enjoy.......

The design is great for watching multiple sporting events on their 50 or so TVs. The waitresses were friendly even when we had a large gathering of adults and kids. The food was a pleasant surprise for a sports bar along with having a large selection of draft beers. No issues with this dining experience.

Nice family diner on Hempstead turnpike, parking area. We had the French toast which was good, also 2 eggs with potatoes and toast, which was good. Also we had orange juice and tomato juice, with coffee, we enjoyed our breakfast. Not a bad price 20 dollars with tip. Good service also.

My friends and I (6 of us) made a reservation ahead of time for a Saturday night dinner. We were seated promptly and our drink order was taken. We shared an appetizer and all enjoyed it. Our entrees ranged from chicken wraps, to salads, to meat entrees. We all enjoyed our choices. Service was good. The place could use a good cleaning and a renovation/update, but the food and service was very nicely done!

Went during non prime time. Waiter was okay, rather aloof and distracted. Food was good/okay....drinks were okay. Bathroom was in dire need of cleaning....portable potties I've found cleaner. Took longer than usual to get the food out, now if it was busy, I'd understand, it wasn't...sooooo, need to step it up a bit. Plenty of parking (it wasn't busy...so...)Over all, just okay. I'll pass next time and try the Irish pub next door.

We just had my sister-in-lawâs bridal shower at Library Cafe in Farmingdale. Great place for a nice, intimate gathering with good food and great service! We had Sunday brunch and everyone said the food was good. Also, both the Cafe manager and our host Chris were great!

We were here recently for my son's birthday. Although we liked The Melting Pot last time this visit was not as nice. We had a reservation and were seated promptly but the service was extremely slow and didn't care for our waitress. She didn't seem very professional and had her blouse buttoned a bit too low to be serving for a family. We didn't see her for a while and when we did she just threw the cheese mixture together and didn't give us a "show" like the last time when the waiter told us what he was putting in etc. Dinner was about another 30ms until she came back. I'm not sure what the issue was but for the prices they charge ($200 dinner) this was really not acceptable. I should have spoken to the manager but I didn't want to spoil my son's birthday which was mentioned when I made the reservation through opentable and also verbally on the phone. Our waitress never said "Happy Birthday" although I mentioned it to her a couple of times as well but nothing, no acknowlegement I don't think we'll be backHi, thank you for taking the time to share your experience at The Melting Pot. My nephew took us here for lunch on my visit to NY. The service was not great, just adequate. After we got the check we weren't bothered with again. We were there for a while catching up but we may have ordered another drink had they been more attentive. The food was very good.Appreciate you taking the time to leave us your feedback. We found this restaurant after attending the PGA Championship at Bethpage. What a great find! Not wanting to queue to get out on Sunday, we opted for our nearest bar/restaurant and came upon Palmers.We experienced great service and excellent food. Delicious fillet mignon and mighty tasty salmon and scallops. A very well-priced bottle of Chimney Rock complimented our meal.Nice atmosphere and decor. Super duper! Loved it!!
