Roadhouse Restaurant

We came upon this when we wanted to have dinner before heading to Marlboro music festival. Wow, it was amazing!Started out with a Blueberry martini and some oysters! Then salad with homemade dressing and homemade bread. Their maple dijon should be sold in bottles! Amazing! Not sure why anyone would order off regular menu with the great specials they offer. I had the seabass with lobster butter and my husband had softshell crab. Both incredible. Homemade desserts as well as a great selection of beer and wine. Will definitely dine again if we ever get back to Wilmington!

there must be better in Wilmington. The steamers were good but gritty. Salads were below average, greens with 2 slices of cucumber, one small tomato and some red onion. Fried clams were average and the crab cakes were lacking the ingredient bearing their name. Service was good but wouldn't go back.

Harriman’s Restaurant

My husband and I were staying at the Grand Summit and after reading the displayed menu we decided to dine in. It was a Sunday night when the mountain was closed for skiing and for awhile we had the restaurant to ourselves. My husband had a switchback beer and I tried their maple Manhattan. Both were delicious. For starters he ordered the clam chowder that was very creamy and I had their delicious roasted beet and kale salad. Warning it is a generous portion. In fact, I took half of it back to our room for the next days lunch! We both decided on the lamb shanks served with risotto. It also was very generous and again took the leftovers back with us. I wish I could remember the servers name and the hostess’ name . They both were very friendly and professional. If you want a special evening I suggest you try the Harriman’s.

This was my first visit to Dot's Restaurant. It really has an incredible history, having been rebuilt after devastation wrought by Hurricane Irene -- search it on YouTube. Kudos to the owners and the town for what they accomplished. We went for dinner and that, I believe, was a mistake. Beer bottles were plopped down -- no glass offered. My Chicken Pesto Linguine special was not so special and not so hot (rather lukewarm, in fact). Bland. And overpriced, as all the entrees appeared. Finally, there's a big TV behind the counter. Please remove it. (At least there isn't a salad bar.)There appear to be a number of interesting spots in town for dinner that will be tried at some point in the future. Dot's Restaurant -- clearly diner food -- will be put on the breakfast bucket list. Especially the blueberry pancakes which sound awesome.

I’m not sure what the hype is all about. The “Vermont Cheddar” is apples in melted cheddar cheese - seriously? Drinks were just ok, the apps too. Entrees were also ok. Servers were professional and friendly. Food quality was good but not exceptional. Wiener Schnitzel was pounded too thin and dry. Duck was good but the same duck we have everywhere. This is a decent restaurant in a Valley with some bad restaurants which does not make it great. I expected a bit more.

Located on Route 100. Five minutes from Mt. Snow. Improved parking lot accommodates many more vehicles. Drop off in front and proceed to side lot.Met friends for dinner and started with cocktails. Prompt and friendly service from Christine! Interesting drink specials - try the blood orange cosmo - and priced right. Ribs, meat loaf, salmon and NY Strip steak were all tasty accompanied by garlic mashed, corn bread, coleslaw and pickles. Began with meatballs, fried pickles, French Onion Soup as starters. Lastly carrot cake and cream brûlée. Dinner for four with 5 apps, 4 entrees, two desserts and two rounds of drinks amounted to $340.00 including tax and gratuity. Fun place for friends and family. Variety of seating options and we ate @ table just outside of bar. Lively atmosphere with two bars , game room and fun for all! Interesting decor. Reservations are a must on busy nights but with luck you can oftentimes squeeze in at bar. They handle busy nights well!Ownership on site and they provide attentive care. Excellent recommendation.
