It seems inconsistency is a theme between Cluj restaurants lately. I generally love burgers and had the fortune to get really good ones the first 2 times I visited this place. The story changed afterwards: sometimes they are as good and perfectly cooked, other times the patty is much too thin and way overdone. I pretty much only return now if I'm right there already and very hungry.

Yesterday we had breakfast in Marty Westside in Vivo. We wanted to try the new menu and we had a wonderful morning. The dishes were very tasteful and looked exactly like in the picture from menu. The waiters were extremly polite and nice. Today we wanted to repeat the experience and we came to Marty Sports and Grill. I order the same dish like yesterday, but surprise, was nothing like the last day. I had Croissant avocado and scrambled eggs. The avocado from yesterday, today was mayonesse with green pepper. The fresh rucola and spinach from yesterday, today was some kind of wet green-yellow... check the picture. My friend order breakfast pizza, they forgot the egg from the pizza. When i asked the waiter why is this difference between two restaurants she said that she doesnt know, but it should be the same...a good thing is the coffe was the same. I write this review to let people know if they want to eat well to avoid Marty Sports and Grill but go and eat at Marty Westside. Hope it was useful. The title says it all. No burger can come close to the ones from MeatUp. Their secret is the softest bun, that's solid enough to not crumble but soft enough to not be a distraction from the meat. Besides that, the meat is absolutely cooked to perfection, with a medium pink to it. The rest of the burger is pretty basic unless you want to switch it up. The 'Jam it Up' burger has an amazing bacon jam, you also got the peanut-butter burger which is great or the blue cheese one. More than that, you can even customise your own burger with however many beef patties you want, but also with pulled pork. I have to say, their 'I'm American' burger with pulled pork is heavenly. Not to take anything from the burger, the fries are also great; hand-cut, with skins on, optional parmesan and parsley, they're amazing. Besides the food, they also have some shakes that are pretty interesting (like the salted-caramel with a bacon strip on top). What tops this place off is the extremely short waiting time, making it a great option for a quick meal or a nice spot to drink a beer and eat an awesome burger.

Went to Marty Plaza on Sunday afternoon for a drink and a dessert, and had a very good experience, certainly worth returning soon. They have a very relaxed design, cozy and stylish, with comfy chairs and sofas; one thing we appreciated in particular, which other places do not get and, was the really enjoyable lounge music.As I said, weâve only been out for dessert, and what weâve got at Marty really made our day: a homemade lava cake with ice cream on the side, and a carrot cake. Both delicious, fresh and carefully served by very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money!Thank you for your review and appreciation.We are happy that you enjoyed the Marty experience and we hope to see you again soon.

Those steakhouse in the centre of Cluj offers amazing food and good service. There is outside seating, but the inside, which is made up to look like a cellar, is nice and comfortable too. A nice selection of wines complements the great meat dishes.

Went here because reviews advertised lots of vegetarian options and good burgers. Menu is not extensive but they had a good selection of burgers. The vegetarian burger was delicious with a generous portion of fries. Beers were fairly reasonably priced but some of the other drinks (G n T) were over priced. Waiters were attentive. Would go back if you want a quick and unpretentious meal.
