As a Chef with 26 years of experience to find the best burger in the world in the middle of Galicia was a shock , went there by accident and now I can't sleep because I don't know when and if I will be able to have another one. I had the Duende burger which is with foie Gras, pistachios and a reduction of Pedro Jimenez sweet wine, this is madness and when you eat it, you will never be able to eat another burger again and enjoy it, I hate you guys.Es muy dificil responder a todas y cada una de las opiniones de nuestros clientes. No lo haremos nunca sean estas excelentes o descalificantes. Lo que si haremos es valorarlas y agradecerlas infinitamente para poder seguir mejorando y ofrecerles el mejor producto y servicio del que seamos capaces. First: the restaurant opens on Sunday at 20:30 (not 13:00)I was one of the first guests and so the food came pretty quick. I ordered my burger medium, with 220g filet-meat and extra onions (makes a total â¬13,50!!). When I started, I thought that it was maybe a little bit undercooked. After the second taste I found that it was still cold on the inside. So I called the waiter and told him that. He tried a short discussion with m that this is medium (in his definition). Still he took the burger back (not sure were cold in the inside is mediumâ¦). As the restaurant filled up while I was waiting for my burger, it took them a while till I got mine back. The put the burger on a new plate. Unfortunately the forgot to put tomatoes and onion on the new plate. But the burger was now really medium.In general the burger was good, but if you like to play in the league for â¬13-burgers, you have to be better.

We were a group of nine Friends and first shared guacamole -really tasty according to those who had it- and various hummuses, which were really nice. Everyone liked what they ordered which is not an easy task with 9! The food was very reasonably priced, because even including mojitos for some we payed less tan 17â¬. Maybe the only tiny drawbacks would be that it's a bit scantily lit -nice candles undoubtedly but some more lighting would have been appreciated; desserts were a tiny wee scarce as well, although tasty.
