We were staying at Banff Inn and walked across street to Chili's. Food was very good. The Young Lady would waited on us was just great. This is the best Chili's we have eaten in.

We stopped by while visiting the town after eating at other Keg Steakhouse sites in Edmonton and Calgary. The server, Georgia, was friendly and fairly attentive. The fillet mignon was superbly cooked, with tasty mask and asparagus. I would return if in Banff

Popped in here for an evening meal. It was relatively quiet compared to other resteraunts we had visited during our stay in Banff so expectations were not that high. I was wrong. Husband had the Bison steak which he thoroughly enjoyed whilst I had the ribs. Portions were generous only complaint was that the ribs were not fall off the bone tender but still the taste was good. Service was attentive and meals arrived quickly. Worth a visit if you are in the area.Thank you so much for your feedback

food was good but the waitress is extremely pompous. tried to be nice and start a conversation with my wife about where she was from and she basically dismissed me as some weirdo. cool...you're a waitress, pretend like you are interested in your customers. glad i tipped you poorly.

I made a reservation at Melissa's weeks before our arrival as we were a group of 8 travelling. We arrived on time and our table was waiting for us, the restaurant was still busy at 8.30pm (they couldnt fit us in earlier) but certainly not full.Our server arrived at our table with menus and then left a glass trolley of meats at the end, we never got an explanation of this??He took our drinks order and then the food, drinks came quite quickly and food took a very long time - the server who was a tall young man who never offered us his name was very un-attentive and at times just plain surly.The food when we eventually got it was delicious, but suddenly the server was in a hurry to get rid of us, collecting plates whilst we were still eating - a very uninterested offer of dessert was given and then our bill arrived immediately after - we "jokingly" said he appeared in a hurry and he said he was!! as he needed to work in the bar....To sum it all up they then gave us a compulsory 18% gratuity as we were a table of 8!

My husband had been to this restaurant before. This was my first time. We made a reservation (as recommended) but tonight wasn't necessary. We have heard it is very unpredictable, so I recommend making one anyways, as the staff said the night before was insanely busy.Our server/bartender was Dan. And he is absolutely fantastic. We sat on the 3rd level, very intimate and much quieter than level 1.Dan was extremely knowledgeable about the entire menu (drinks and food). He encouraged us to try out their local made distillery liquor. And it was phenomenal in the cocktails he recommended. My husband had the brie and mushroom appetizer last time which he said was amazing. This time we tried the pork fingers. So so good! The sauce that goes with it is incredible.For mains he had the chicken sandwich and salad, and I had the pasta. Oh my gosh that pasta is to die for! Dan did recommend the rotisserie chicken for me, but for some reason that pasta called out to me. So so so good.The food is incredibly well made, and drinks were great. Beautiful atmosphere. We ordered after dinner "coffee and Baileys". They used their local made "Baileys" not made by Park, and our coffee was in a carafe/French press brought to our table. So so yummy.We loved this place and highly recommend.

There was nothing wrong at all with this restaurant. Food was good but we felt it was over rated over all based on their reputation. Prices were slightly higher than comparable establishments but not unreasonable. It had a more sophisticated air to it and not as casually relaxed as all the other places we tried.Service was fine.

We ate there around 11:30 am and found the establishment small. The staff was courteous, and we were seated quiet quickly. The burgers were very good along with the sweet potato fries. The iced tea was very good. All-in-all a very good place to eat.

Wonderful service and delicious food--what more could you want?! Reservations are very important, as this is a popular place. We discovered that you cannot really dine here on the Rocky Mountaineer meal plan (and maybe other tour plans) because they charge a ridiculous surcharge. Fortunately, we were not on a meal plan at Banff Springs, so the prices were close to what you would pay for a fine steak restaurant anywhere. We shared a large filet mignon with mashed potatoes, salad and stewed tomatoes. The tomatoes were a disappointment, but everything else was delicious.
