Costa Rica Beer Factory

Reviewed By Alex H

Starting on the bright side, they do have a nice selection of beers ( been called "beer factory" that's the very least, la it's OK ).. Food ain't great, it ain't bad either, but it's just OK - nothing that would make me want to come back so badly ! Cocktails are close to lousy and the entire place is overpriced! Would not be my first choice and neither I recommend it to anyone who's out there looking for great food ! Ambience is very nice thou -- and sort of strategic location if you just want to wait out the peak traffic hours!

The ladies who prepared my food were we welcoming and inviting! I ordered the pizza crepe and it was mostly more like a ham and cheese crepe. The only pizza sauce was added on top of the crepe. BUT, I did order a sweet crepe of Nutella, strawberries and bananas and it was very good! :)

I love the bread (whole grains bread) and their pizza~ The salad is also unique in the combination of ingredients. Healthy food at a slightly pricey cost. But the place is nice and the staff is very kind.

Happened upon this new restaurant and was thrilled that I decided to stop. Delicious tacos and shrimp risotto. The cheese flan was amazing.

My friend and I visited for lunch - we both had the daily special - she had the fish I had the chicken. Both very good. It came with some of the BEST falafels i have ever had. And my friend raved about the (included) salad and dressing (and she doesn't usually like salads) The daily special is reasonable priced - the other items might be a little bit high. I would say try it - especially the falafels!

Very convenient to airport transit hotels and a nice spacious facility with friendly staff and outstanding choices of menu items for those with special dietary needs. The salmon skillet, house salad with salmon, and chicken club sandwich were all well prepared and tasty. Extra serving of zucchini and squash was also very good.

In this restaurant prices are high and service is terrible(slow and not courteous) and the food is not that good. I can't say it is bad but for the price you pay it should better. When I went there I ordered an appetizer, the restaurant was empty, and I wait over 20min then I called the waiter and complaint his response was: - it is not my fault it is the kitchen's fault. The main course took over 30min to arrive. I have not reason to return to this place ever.
