Il Canniccio serves the best pizzas for miles. We order their pizzas at least once a month, only going some where else if they are closed. The best one for me is a Margareta, with ansjovis and boiled egg.

We went to dinner twice in this restaurant and the second time was to give it a second chance but I guess we are done. It was ok, the food was ok (except for the tomato soup) but the vibes and atmosphere not that good. One time the owner and his girlfriend (I guess) were there and they got all the service, attention and there was a lot of show and patronizing around it so all other guest would to notice, jak. One of the waiters (needed to be on a good page I think) asked the girlfriend at least 20 times what she wanted with all kinds of suggestions and brought numerous examples of food at the table but she did not wanted to eat and also again everybody was involved it seems. This is not the way I want to have an enjoyable dinner experience. Maybe bad timing but if this is the way the place is ran, no thank you.

Bij ons kan je terecht voor ongecompliceerd tafelen. Pizza, pasta e basta ! Verwacht bij ons geen luxe interieur, geen 5 sterren bediening en fotogenieke gerechten, maar een vriendelijke, aangename en huiselijke sfeer waar (h)eerlijke gerechten worden aangeboden. We houden rekening met je wensen maar aan alles zijn grenzen. Oprecht eten voor een oprechte prijs!

Waited for more than 1h30mins for only a main dish. After informing , we kearnt they hadnt even started, so we paid our drinks and just left. Our waiter had his first day and did his best and the service was friendly , but the kitchen /management was badly organised.

We were there to celebrate my mother on her birthday, the restaurant was pretty new (last year or two years ago, I don't remember exactly)they were pretty strange, very impersonal, obviously deranged by the fact that aside the aperitifs we didn't orders wine or other alcohol with our meals. We were 3 adults and 2 children, it was a strange combination of meals that we could order with this party. I don't think that I'm willing to go there soon. At the end they even charged something that we didn't order.

Had the lasagne and the pasta "voorste huis". Worth coming back for. Service was good,. The waiter was patient enough to go through all the options and translate it for a non-dutch speaker.

if you are in the mood for Italian and you are in the vicinity of HeusdenCity and you don't mind the busy Italian atmosphere, than it is time that you pay a vist to Salvatore. He will do everything, I mean everything to make you feel special, welcome and to smile. For some guests too busy, but once in a while it's not so bad. The food is fresh, home cooked, tasty.
Best to reserve in advance, the restaurant is pretty small.

Had a delicious and rich cappuccino just 10 minutes ago, all the food served in the tables nearby looked delicious, the prices are good and the service fast, i'll be back!
