What a great thing they have going here. Jeff was super friendly and easy going, he makes an amazing frozen mojito too! I loved swimming and snorkelling right there, the location is quiet and beautiful. The fresh lion fish was delicious! The ceviché was the best, and the fried fish was done perfectly. Iâm looking forward to coming back in November.

Our family of 6 ate here on one of our first nights in West End. The service was good and the food was amazing. We had rotisserie chicken, coleslaw, curry chicken and some absolutely delicious rum cake. Each person repeated that this was one of the best places theyâve ever eaten, Honduras or any other place. We will definitely go back and would highly recommend it.

We live on an island where we are constantly reminded of the effects we have on the environment. I came to the restaurant and asked for a glass of water. The waiter asked if I wanted a plastic water bottle... I said NO a glass of water to which he responded he was not allowed to give me a glass of water and he would get in trouble if he did. Apparently the management has strictly prohibited giving costumers glasses of water . What kind of restaurant denys their costumer a glass of water ? Food was average but never coming again..

Celesteâs is a short walk from Infinity Bay. Nice ambiance, great service, and the best meal we had during our stay in the West Bay. To make things even sweeter, the bill was cheaper than any other dinner we had in Roatan. I was a little bummed that I couldnât try the 3 cheese lobster dip for an appetizer, but not lobster season. The ceviche was an excellent substitute. It was cool to finally try a baleada which is kinda like a Honduran burrito. My wife said the ravioli was delicious.

We went diving with the dive company on the premises and had lunch here after the dive. We were told we could not use the facility or chairs, but was allowed to use the restaurant (of course...because they were getting more money out of us). The service was ok. A little slow to take our order or bring out our drinks despite not many people in the restaurant at the time we were there. I ordered the Grand Club Sandwich, which was ok but very expensive and my husband and daughter ordered a hamburger and chicken fingers, which they said was good. I was shocked that the chicken fingers only came with 2 fairly small pieces. We ended up having to ask for our bill so that we could leave. So service could have been a little quicker than what it was.Dear mitsugirly,Thank you for sharing your review. It will be taken into consideration and most definitely be worked on. Service and Food at the Iron Shore Bar and Grill usually exceeds customers expectations, so sorry we was not able reach you and your families expectations. To tell the truth, I didn't know that the restaurant was called "Trattoria da Piero". I just always called it "Las Rocas". We have eaten here several times over three years and we have never been disappointed. This year we went for Lobster Burritos and Fish Tacos at Happy Hour - if that isn't three good reasons to go, I don't know what is. We really enjoy the food and the location. The eating area is a deck that is right by the ocean. The water taxis come by pretty close, which can make for interesting "people watching" - and it's also a great place to watch the sun set! Prices are extremely reasonable, and service is friendly (if a little confused at times!). If you are staying anywhere in West Bay, it's worth the walk up the beach to try this place. I think you will be happy that you made the small effort!

I've been going to roatan for years. through the years you meet people - good people. i met harris as he works at fosters and the hideaway. i will always try to go by and give him business and say hello. he is a good kid, works hard, wants you to be HAPPY HAPPY HPPY while there. the owners have a good employe in him. must ask for him if he is there! he made everything better. the drinks here are great. I'm picky about my bloody marys and man this was a good one! also monkey la la is great here. definitely worth a few hours of drinking and swimming to stop in! you get a chair when you buy a drink. awesome!
