We had bratwurst with pommes frittes, hamburger, wiener schnitzel and soups. The food look very good. Big portions. The restaurant has only menu in german language. Almost all foods are fried and fat.

The place is a local's favorite if you're looking for some yummy authentic food with good German atmosphere I wouldn't say that this is your place. It's off the beaten path outside the town. The kids were happy as they could get their teeth on an American hamburger. My husband did have the Wiener schnitzel and said it was very good. I guess I was just very put off by the atmosphere or lack there of. It reminds me of a place I would go have brunch with my grandmother

I've been here for a couple of nights on a business trip. Very big and clean rooms. Nice food and good beer and extremely helpful and friendly service. Thanks again!!

I stayed mid week while on a work trip. The hotel is built into athe equivalent of a German vicarage and is full of renovated period features. The staff were extremely friendly and the food (and beer) selection was excellent. My room was also excellent value. My only regret is that I couldn't stay for longer and I didn't have my partner with me.Thank you very much!Mike
