UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT Fast Food cafe. Great location. Not an American diner as described on the main sign. Awaiting planning permission for new sign. Shop is undergoing a complete renovation end of the year 2018. For this summer Chucks is an ideal place fo
A good place to stop and recharge on a walk. There is an extensive menu but if you want chips, look elsewhere as they are not available here!

We had a lovely lunch here today as a family. The food is very good and the staff very friendly and helpful. They couldnât do enough for our two little toddlers and made us feel very welcome.Highly recommend.Try the chocolate fudge cake - immense!

We visited Aber House on a sunny afternoon and sat on the patio, in the sun. The service and staff were very good and we all had Earl Grey Tea and cake! The cakes were excellent and a very generous portion size. I would suggest visiting here if you are in Barmouth - so much so that we visited Aber House the following day!!

Welcome to watch the sunrise and sun set with us ,eat and drink together with a comfortable atmosphere! Eat in garden , or take away by the Beach....
We went here because a lot of places for food close early and it was the nearest place, for customer service it is very poor that they donât take card payments but that really is only a minor point compared to the general contempt they seem to have for customers. They can not be bothered to actually bring the food to the table! They donât provide tap water!!! Frozen chip. Find somewhere nicer and friendlier if you can is my advise!

Courtyard Cafe. Serving Hot and Cold Meals in little and large sizes. Smoothies, Wide selection of freshly baked Cakes, Toasties, Paninis, Home made meals, Full breakfast, using local butchers.
We had an amazing time as a group of 10 24 year olds. We all painted our own plates which was incredibly relaxing and the staff were so nice. Such a nice morning activity as it was raining, delicious cafe upstairs also. Would definitely recommend!!!!!

They donât offer breakfast items which I think is a missed opportunity. They donât fry anything. So reasonably basic menu, but they have a few hot bits and a few nice looking cakes, ice creams etc for offer. Coffee nothing special for the price. Captured clientele as nothing else on offer at the beach. All very clean and tidy. Would visit again.

We are open each Wednesday to Sunday from 10 until 5'ish. Also Bank Holiday Mondays.
Huge portions, cakes and scones were delicious. We also ordered take out sandwiches for later. The sandwiches were ok but only ok. The view from the tea room is nice. Expensive for sandwiches. Worth a visit for tea and cakes.Sorry to hear you were disappointed, our prices reflect the cost of homemade breads and quality ingredients.

A pretty little cafe in a lovely little courtyard which will please lovers of great coffee. The scones live up to their reputation and the cherry cola cake is inspired. Great service and generous portions make it well worth the inconvenience of a few wasps who also seem to have read the justifiably excellent reviews received by this thoroughly excellent little cafe. Cannot recommend more highly.

How can you visit Barmouth and not visit Ebeneezers? How could go to North Wales and not go to Ebeneezers? From the outside it looks like an old chapel having a weird sale. Well, it is, actually! When you walk through the door, you are immediately transported to a totally different world. Different music, aromas atmosphere! I have this conundrum, is it a coffee house selling Oriental, Asian and African arts, crafts, clothing and more, or an emporium selling tea, snacks and coffee? Either way, it is a 'must see' to put on your list. Having said that, I would be the first to admit that these sort of places aren't every-ones taste, but t is worth the visit. I have visited Barmouth four times since 2013, and each time spent a lot of time in Ebeneezers. Sadly my wife passed away in 2016 but each time I've visited Barmouth since then, it's always meant a visit to Ebeneezers, if only for the memories. It is always so nice to go back there. The food is always fresh, clean and properly presented. The staff are always pleasant, helpful, kind and considerate. There is the tricky question of prices, as all of their merchandise is from out of this country, and the value of the pound fluctuating, it is impossible to compare prices with anywhere else. But, having visited similar shops, elsewhere, they are about on par. So whether you are just after a coffee, and a snack, or tea or fruit juice, and a meal, or something to wear, jewelry, or an unusual present for some one, or just incense, there is nowhere like Ebeneezers.

Been here before and bad, but new management. Site still lovely, with river. Inside still very heavy and dated.. however, food good. Had BLT and whitebait and chips. All good.Hi Vickers55. Read your review with some confusion. The Caffi Hen Crydd is sited in Dyffryn Ardudwy but not by a river. Also BLT and Whitebait are not on the menu! Possibly a different cafe? Please feel free to pop in anytime to sample good wholesome, homemade dishes.
