Our guesthouse – Tilsharit, is a haven homestay close to nature. It is surrounded by a thick forest reserve of pine and rhododendron trees. While it is expected for any place to brighten up during spring, our space offers picturesque view through the year. Our aim is to provide comfort, ambience, and warmth to every guest. Lovely Home Stay!
Reviewed By ushmayI visited Tilsharit Green in the month of April, 2022 for 6 days with my family. This place is in Banikhet, near Dalhousie, Himachal Pradesh. It is very close to nature, we all did work from home in lap of nature, we enjoy its ambience which gives us feel like our own home. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Attic and Superior rooms on ground floor has good view from the balcony. Superior room is little less spacious but good enough for couple. We have also booked breakfast and lunch with them and it was a very good decision as they provide home cooked food and it was very delicious. We tried Rajma, Kadi, Chicken, Mutton, paratha’s, eggs, highly recommended. Someone can explore different kind of flowers , specially rose as I never see such big tree (yes a big tree) of big roses. I would like to thank Parul for arranging such a nice stay, we really enjoyed our stay there. She welcomed us and always available if we we need any thing like food, where to go for visit , arrange driver for us as we are not comfortable in driving in hilly areas. Parul arranged a bonfire and barbque for us, which was awesome. you can enjoy this by just informing Parul in one day advance. She is very active and always ask the taste of food and check if we need anything. Highly recommended for family and couple.

Reviewed By punit hI stayed in chobhyal cottage between 15th to 18 th june 2018. Chobhyal cottage is managed by totally unprofessional people. if you complaint then owner Mr. Chobhyal senior will start arguing and blame on you only. Ajay the other owner is good. Last day when we have done with payment they have even not served breakfast. They usually forgot to clean the room. Rooms are not like as shown in images in different website. I stayed in family suites, room was ok but rooms doesn't have any view or balcony as such. Bathroom was so local you will feel like local lodge. They have only one person for room service and No Wifi and intercom . Food quality is not good. Better to stay at Dalhousie you will miss lot of thing in Banikhet. NO value for money.....

Of picturesque balcony, comfortable rooms, and inexperienced staff!
Reviewed By Anuj BMy plan to stay at Fogg Valley Resort was as random as my trip to Dalhousie, and looks like it didn't turn out to be bad. The rooms were properly furnished and lacked nothing except a better television (Air Conditioners were obviously not required). The best part, however, was the balcony that offered a charming view of the Himalayas. Evenings witnessed super-cold breezes and little drizzles, making this scenery a lot more beautiful. The resort is easily accessible for being located on the Highway and about a kilometer or so from the nearby Petrol Pump. The only weak part was the staff, which was no doubt cooperative but inexperienced, and therefore, generally clueless.

Reviewed By Nimesh SI find this property while surfing my options on the net. I booked it and got the confirmation over mail too. Owner once called me and asked to make the payment. I informed him that I am out of station and make the payment as soon as I will be back to my hometown. I fulfilled the promise and make the 50% payment as asked by him. Just after couple of hours of making the payment, I received the call from him. He informed me that the rooms are booked by MMT and now they can not provide me accommodation. After long discussion, he requested me to wait for few hours. Later he gave me option of another property on same rate. I asked for the photographs of the rooms. He sent the same on WhatsApp. Rooms were nice and I agreed to stay in same. The twist came when I reached to this so called NEW PROPERTY. Booking was there and I got the rooms too. But these rooms were absolutely different from the pictures which I had received. Towels were torned. Food was miserable. No proper room service. When I complaint to the owner of Crown Royal who has booked it for me; he did not picked the calls. Later a lady received the call and said she will look into the matter and revert me. I did not got any response so I text her. She simply replied that they are sorry for inconvenience and ready to refund. She wrote it at 22.45 pm. When it is impossible to do so in peak season and she knew it. I never ever recommend this property to anyone. The property may be nice but the owner of it is highly unprofessional.
