Good Hotel

A very good quiet and comfortable stay. Breakfast was included which was a good choice of buffet items. The outside hot tub/fire pit area is very good for a late relax. The hotel is a good walk into the main town area, but is very handy for local buses to town, the Gondola and Miniwanka lake.

Stayed for two nights while in Banff. Welcoming hotel with very friendly efficient polite staff. We could not fault our stay here. We used room service facility for breakfast, the laundry service and the hotel lobby /bar area for a meal one night and all experiences were first class service. The hotel was very clean and situated across from the hot springs and next door to the gondolas. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We did the Wilderness Walk with Andrew, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, patient with our questions, and great with the kids. Good location and nice hotel

Lovely hotel - modern and clean in a good location on Banff Avenue. Slightly disappointed to be at the back of the hotel with no real view, but the room was lovely and spacious and great shower. My husband was looking forward to his Canadian breakfast so was disappointed to have it substituted for a pack up as the breakfast room is being refurbished. That said it was a plentiful pack up that kept us going all day.

Pleasant "base-camp" when exploring the Rockies

Friendly 3 star hotel in Banff - great location in town. Restaurant was under construction during our stay. Friendly staff at reception gave us a twin-bed room instead of a normal room. As travelling with an 17 year old, the normal room seemed too small. Good location to explore the area; Guest Laundry service available.
