Sitting outside on one of the busiest and largest traffic arteries in Jordan is not what I expected. The food isn't tasty enough to cover the taste of traffic fumes. 2 large TV screens in the seating area doesn't exactly exude class or quality. The food itself is quite nice although a long way from being good curry. Tiny portions of curry with huge amounts of rice. Altogether a bit tasteless and nothing like indian food. The owner was quite personable and willing to accept comments but I won't be going back there.

The Rakoon Indian restaurant is located on the popular Rainbow Street and was quite a relief for us who were missing Indian food in Jordan. The food is very tasty and prepared just like home. Punjabi hut is one of the best Indian restaurants in Jordan, it is situated in a vibrant area where families and friends come together and get to try different options at the same time. The restaurant is cosy, and very nice, the taste is amazing especially that the chef is Indian, you finish feeling full yet relaxed, and they even offer a variety of options including vegetarian meals. And the prices are very affordable.Highly recommended.#butterchicken
