Walk past this little gem as we were finding a place for dinner.The choices were great,they serve beers, burger, local food, pasta etc.Service was so-so. Dont expect much given that the cost of dining here is highly affordable.The only issue here was alates (flying ants), they came in swarm! The swarm of flying ants was enough to darken the shop. If it wasn't for the alates, i would have given 5 stars for this place! Lastly, 1 more thumbs up for the shop layout, beautiful, simple and elegant

We had such a great time in this restaurant (Hippie Fish) everyone is such friendly and I don't heaven tell you about the food which is succulent. The restaurant is beautiful, they prepare music nights ponctually (jazz/blues etc..). Special thanks to Yuli for her smile, and to David for his special Gin'coktails (the butterflies one) because thanks to him we have traveled with his creation and to everyone who works here. This cafe is a few kilometres out of Ubud central and we have already enjoyed their great food and service a few times. We have really both their Indonesian food and their pizzas. Definitely a place to have on your list for casual dining with very good service. Highly recommended.

Went along tonight swayed by glowing reviews on TA. Seated in quite lovely surroundings, albeit a little stiff and contrived to what would normally suit us. Given menus promptly and our ordered bottle of sparkling water. Considered our options, keen to order cocktails, but no service for such a long time that we reconsidered cocktails and settled on a bottle of wine, but again, no service- waited, waited, looked longingly - then called it quits, which is hard to do when you feel compelled to order and are keen to do so, but honestly how long do you wait before you say “enough is enough”.
