This restaurant is one of my favorites. Delicious food. The place is very unique. The owner is a Hunter and fisherman and most of the elements of their food is obtained by hunting, fishing or growing inn his farm. The food is really good. You can find many products from Baja, Abalone chorizo sopes. Primal lamb, manta ray, try the shots, a combination of oysters and scallops in a very special sauce. You can get Marlin or duck. The ribeye is juice and tender. The flavors are unique. They have a very select wine lista from Baja or you take your own and just pay a fee. The price is fair and for the people who pay in dollars really cheap. Don’t mis it

Went here with a friend who has a home in TJ. He told me the shrimp tacos were the best. I was not disappointed the shrimp tacos were fantastic as was the service. I also got a shrimp cocktail that was good but not the best I have had but still loaded with nice plump quality shrimp. This is the place to go for delicious shrimp tacos. Two big thumbs up from me.

Surprisingly good seafood and bomb michelada! I think i've had a michelada one other time and didn't really care much for it somewhere in San Diego. My friends ordered the Lion Fish version and we were hooked. They are huge with great seasoning on the rim and within the drink. We were getting a good sunday funday buzz on!Three of us split the Aguachiles de Camarón Sampler which came with 4 different versions of it. Each flavor was rich and distinct. We all also ordered their Lion Fish specialty dish! It was so flavorful and huge. Honestly after the big sampler all three of us could have shared the plate.I highly recommend this place for a fancy feast.

Had a hard time getting a wheelchair in to the restaurant. There’s a problem with building ramps for the Handicapped....but isn’t this common throughout the whole Tijuana scenario? When they do build a “ramp” it’s so fuk’ steep, narrow and dangerous. It’s just scary. Get it in your stupid head tj people. If you don’t know how to build something safe for the disabled, cross the stupid border and get an idea on how to do it right! .., and not empty a wheel barrel full of cement and call it done. Maybe one day you too will use it.Thank you very much for taking the time to share with us your point of view about your recent experience at Café de la Flor. Nice, upscale restaurant with excellent service. From small appetizers and drinks served while you wait (which was for a lesser amount of time than they said), to nice explanations of the menu, the service here was topnotch. The Cadillac Margarita was especially good and the meal choices were all well-prepared and fresh. All together, a very nice experience. I would definitely go there again.Thank you for your comment, it is very important to us to know our customer´s experience. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed the service, drinks and food. My husband and I had lunch here and were so impressed that the quality of the food and service were still terrific. The seafood is so fresh. We shared a appetizer, an entree, and a dessert. We started with the fish ceviche. It was very fresh and lemony on the palate. It was served with light tostadas, grimes yellow onions, and some spicy salsas. My husband really enjoyed those. We also ordered a mojito and a michelada. The minuto was good but not the mojito everyone knows. The michelada was very refreshing. We had the grilled octopus with garlic shrimp. The octopus was delicious, lightly seasoned and served with a gingery soy sauce. It really did not need it. The shrimp were tender and sweet. To finish the meal, we shared the caramel lava cake with vanilla ice cream. Both very good in a lovely presentation. The coffee I ordered was on the weak side. We will be back. Thank you for your comment, for us it is very important to know your experience. We are really glad to know that you and your husband enjoyed our food, service, drinks and dessert. We hope to see you soon so you can enjoy our fresh seafood.
