das Riviera ist eines der beste Lokale in Winnenden und wird von einer Frau geführt.Die Speisekarte hat ein ausgewogenes Sortiment,Qualität und Preis stimmen.Montag und Mittwoch sind Pizzatage,dazu gibt es auch Tagesessen für 5,99 ⬠pro Person.Auch einen Lieferservice bietet das Haus an,dazu noch Catering.

Sometimes, itâs the simple things. This is a beautiful restaurant with a wonderful view. Typically, the dining in Germany is cheap in comparison to Las Vegas or France. I had a delicious soup with âSwabische raviolisâ and the best Schweineschnitzel I have ever had. This is Germany, which means pork. Schweineschnitzel is on nearly every menu and I like it and eat it like I eat duck in France, which is about every other day. What made this Schweineschnitzel different is that it positively reeked of butter! It had crispy brown edges and was tender and juicy inside. Wow, the butter! After a few days of raving about this, someone told me the trick was to use 3 pans, each with fresh butter, to brown the cutlet without burning the butter. The service was odd in that they didnât seem to care if I was there or not. I had to specifically ask for the bill, which I learned later is not uncommon in Germany (but I have visited Germany for about 25 days in the last 5 years, and this was the first time this has been an issueâ¦) I donât see visiting Württemberg in my near future, but I have found a restaurant (and a few more that I wish I would have had the time to visit), a nice hotel (see my review of hotel Le Village) and excellent wine (Rainer Schnaitmann) and I want to go back because of these things.

Maybe some Americans and Italians might have problems with their idea of "my table"since the big tables invite to share (and to meet )with others. In fact , quite often you see company-dinner or -lunch . The food is very country-like , a good point in a surroundingof hundreds of Pizzeria . The "biergarten" (there called Bamboo-Lounge) allows niceoutside sitting when the weather kindly helps.The prices are slightly in the upper level, but still feasible (especially in the good earning industrial neighbourhood).

Wir waren zu viert da. Das Lokal ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und die Bedienungen freundlich.Leider kann ich über das Essen nichts gutes sagen. Lediglich die Pommes und Bratkartoffeln waren o. K. Aber das panierte Schnitzel war wirklich überhaupt nicht gut - derb und fettig. Es sah aus wie ein Discounter-Fertigschnitzel. Ansonsten hatten wir 3x Zwiebelrostbraten. Ich esse das unheimlich gern und oft und in vielen Restaurants. Dieser war einer der schlechtesten, den ich je hatte. Das Fleisch war riesig, aber genau wie das Schnitzel sehr hart. Die SoÃe war sehr salzig und hat geschmeckt wie mit einer Ãberdosis Glutamat und wir haben die Bratkartoffeln schlieÃlich lieber trocken gegessen. Wir hatten alle unheimlich Durst nach diesen Rostbraten. Und die ganze Nacht Bauchschmerzen. Schade, denn es ist kein preiswertes Restaurant und da erwarte ich mehr Qualität und mehr Geschmack. Dafür kann das Fleisch gerne nur halb so groà sein.

We visited this cozy schnitzel and hamburger place together with family that lives in the area. Our relatives visit the place every couple of weeks and for good reason: it has great schnitzel and good service.We all took schnitzel served with various sauces and homemade spetzle and fries as side dishes. Everybody found their dishes delicious. The salad side dish was also very good. Prices and service were friendly. Surrounded by beautiful win yards the Traube Hanweiler is the perfect place to enjoy excellent German cuisine and outstanding service with family, friends or a nice dinner just the two of you. Me and my family are guests at the Traube since many years and we have never been dissapointed. The food is fresh and every meal i have had was fabulous. The staff is very welcoming and you feel in good hands right from the moment you walk in. So if you live there or are in the area and want to eat excellent and high quality German food, the Traube Hanweiler is the place to go.
