The staff are fantastic the food is fantastic the chef is fantastic. They have a fixed menu but they are flexible mixing and matching courses. Every item was great. Good wine list. They care that things are good including the chef coming out to meet and greet. Highly recommend. Price as expected.

The Maitre'D was very kind, and spoke impeccable English. The chef was young and full of excellent ideas. The food was creative and wonderful. The best part is there is 1 menu, 5 courses. No choices. Take it or leave it. I love that style dining. It shows the chef has confidence, and in this case his confidence is well deserved.

Fässle is a great restaurant for special occasions or for business meals with foreign visitors. The food is mainly German speciality, which is currently in season. The atmosphere is relaxing, homely. The plates are decorated beautifully and the food is always exquisite!
