Restaurant versteckt sich bei den Sportplätzen am letzten Ende von Neuffen. Es handelt sich um eine Vereinsgaststätte vom Mobiliar, die Küche ist jedoch deutlich besser und hochwertiger. der Service ist sehr nett und aufmerksam, der Koch ist sehr freundlich und hat die Bestellung selbst aufgenommen mit der Worten: was darf ich euch heute leckeres kochen? Er brachte den Hauptgang auch selbst an den Tisch. Rostbraten und Schweinerückensteak waren perfekt gebraten, Sauce war lecker, ebenso die Beilagen und das frische Salatbuffet. Parkplätze sind ausreichen vorhanden, eigentlich zu gut für eine Vereinsgatstätte. Achtung, keine Kartenzahlung möglich, nur Bar.

Haben mit 10 Leuten dort zu Abend gegessen, Geschmack war bei allem sehr gut, aber im Salat war noch Sand, woraus sich schlussfolgern lässt, dass er nicht gut gewaschen wurde. ...das geht gar nicht. Ich wurde ´nach dem Essen gefragt ob es geschmeckt hat, worauf ich das mit dem Dreck im Salat bemengelte. Leider interessierte das aber eigentlich keinen so richtig. Auch die Preise siedeln sich für unseren Geschmack eher schon in der höheren Kategorie an. Die Einrichtung und das nette Personal gleichen das zwar wieder etwas aus, aber mehr wie befriedigend bekommt das Haus von mir nicht.

This is another famous restaurant serving German food & of course the Spargel dishes ie Soup & Asparagus in butter or Hollande sauce with Potatoes are famous. The place is very well known in the visinity of Metzigan town.

We had a pleasant meal at this restaurant. Service was attentive and the food was tasty German cuisine. The restaurant has a café atmosphere to it, it is centrally located in the pedestrian zone of Bad Urach. If you are a gluten free eater, this restaurant does not offer many choices.

Mezzo is a very nice restaurant located in a a beautiful spot in Metzigen. If you like to eat alfresco you will be more than happy. Try local dark (similar to ale) beer.

This is a great place to eat on sunny days, since the open terrace offers a great view of the Metzingen vineyards. The food is always fresh and well priced. We particularly like their seasonal choices, but we wish that they would have more vegetarian options. This place is well suited for families, couples, and for parties/reunions. Worth visiting if you are in the area!

Nice environment, nice decoration. Unfortunately they changed their menu completely. Now a Schnitzel with potatoes costs 21⬠(see pic). What you get is fried average meat and average two tiny potatoes or deep fried chips. If you want good chips go to McDonalds across the street - they are better. At Schwanen they hardly have any deserts. Instead they offer 48 different liquors... The few real deserts are tiny and cost 8⬠or more. Quality again is average. We had a smartass waiter serving us, not very polite that was lecturing us. When asked about the food he had no clue. The high prices would be ok if they would deliver good quality food. As it is, the price-for-value ratio is awful. Even in Munich (where things are more expensive) I ate much better food at same prices.
