They were busy. Service was painfully slow. Food was less than mediocre and reminded us of restos in France 20 years ago. Very poor quality for the price and, I may be wrong, but it seems as though 2 restos are being run out of one kitchen. Does that matter, no it doesn't as our food was not good. I did tip the young waiter as he tried his best in a bad situation. Bon courage garcon!!

It didn't look anything "special" from outside and we had a lovely surprise with the italian food available from this little restaurant
The quality of ingredients and the care which went into the preparation of Gnocci + Pesto and Spaghetti Arabiata made both meals a real delight.
This restaurant is near the only covered carpark we could find, a useful "plus" on sunny days.
The town has a large market plus a separate area where "Santons" (the statuettes) are sold.

We only had one dinner here - one pizza and a pasta dish - and really wanted to come back again. The second time, we did not have Reservations, and all the tables were booked for the night. Hours are for dinner, from 7:30. A small place, with friendly service and very good food, located right in the center of the village. Try to plan ahead, and to reserve if possible.

A delightfully different restaurant. A range of filled pancakes savoury and sweet. We thoroughly enjoyed the savoury ones. Very good value, charming staff and just right for a family fill up. Enjoy the cider too, it was good!

This restaurant is like a good pizzeria. Very popular with local people, not used to dealing with outsiders. Lots of mosquitos. You may want to spray first. Good choice for a casual dinner.

Nous hésitons entre les 3 ou 4 restaurants de la zone, nous avons suivi les avis et avons choisi celui ci... Première fois que je ne suis pas d accord avec Trip Advisor. Nous avons été fortement déçus comparativement aux récents derniers avis laissés.... Peut être n était-ce pas le même cuisinier ?!? Le saumon de mon mari n avait aucun goût, le pain était froid, mes pâtes trop cuites (tagliatelles champignon). Le café nous a été servi sans même un petit biscuit... Les pâtes du jour sont plus chers que ceux de la carte (?!)... Les points positifs :le serveur sympathique et un service rapide (mais peu de tables de prises) . Le cuisinier (ou commis de cuisine) porte une casquette....

Are you in South of France around Cassis and fancy a really good burger - for 11€ only? Then you will definitely not regret to make a stop at Zeu Burgers in the sleepy little city of Aubagne.
Stephane, the very friendly owner of this little vintage bistro (as he calls his cosy and clean place) and his staff delighted us tonight with their perfectly cooked juicy burgers (her with an avocado burger with guacamole, me with the Cheddar burger) in fluffy buns (produced in a local bakery just for Zeu), accompanied by crispy coleslaw.
To make things perfect the homemade cheesecake was just yummy - and the whole meal (including beers, coke and coffee) came for only 35€! Maybe I lost my sense of proportion because prices in Zürich (or in Cassis) circle in galactic spheres - but if it wasn't an 8 hour drive, I'd come to Zeu once a week.
PS Stephane, the only thing you could still improve a little is the crispness of your pommes frites. All the rest is top-notch.
