Terrible attitude to customers
Reviewed By harutyunyana2022This is actually the first time that I am leaving a bad review but I have to do this. The customer service is zero in this hotel. We have booked a family room for 2 families with kids and agreed that they will provide us a crib for babies but on place it turned out that they NEVER provide even a single crib for this room reasoning that there is no space there ( there was a space actually) and literally forced us to take a room which was more expensive ( with a bigger guest room and smaller bedroom). But most ridiculous part was that they finally provided us two cribs in the room, which was much smaller than the first one. We couldn’t find a new place with the kids so we stayed, but the mood was ruined. Also after providing second key, first one stopped working.

Reviewed By Ալեք ՎI had a great holiday at Ani Resort with my family for 2 days. First, we took a cottage and the next day moved to a double room. The hotel was clean. The staff was super hospitable and friendly, always willing to help in case of anything. The location was exceptional, with mountain views all covered with forests. in the morning the air was super fresh, so your lungs might get surprised when breathing that air. The pool was amazing, the water was clean and pleasantly warm, especially the smaller one, so you never get worried for your kids to swim longer and get a cold. The food was delicious and fresh and every time new dishes to chose from. New towels were offered in the pool, so no need to take your own or take there from your room. On Saturday evening we enjoyed live violin plays and danced. Just minor disadvantages: the swimming pool closes too earlier, at 7 pm. The gym equipment was out of order.

Reviewed By BerjfromBostonThis is our 3rd stay at this magnificent hotel. We love staying here. They have great service and amazing views of Yerevan and Mount Ararat. It's a quick 10 minute taxi ride to the heart of Yerevan ($2 trip cost). Breakfast is great, delicious fresh and organic. Would highly recommend for couples or families. They also have tennis courts and a great swimming pool.

This place was discovery for us and we could not image that could have such restaurant on that place. Will recommend all to visit and have nice delicious farmer organic food there. there is two cottages where you can stay overnight there as well and at reasonable price.The waitress lady is doing so friendly job to host its guest at the highest leve

Reviewed By 657jasmineyThe worst place ever. The servic is awful, the rooms are dirty, food is ? . And prices are very expensive. So I will never advise someone to stay in this not a hotekl, but soviet passionate. The staff can just be more polite and the service can just be more lovely with his clinets.

Reviewed By westnine그저 평범한 외양의 비교적 한적한 곳에 위치한 리조트로 숙박이 목적이 아니라 점심을 먹기위해 들렸으며 2층에 레스토랑이 있고 리조트옆에 조그만 연못이 있으며 단체여행객이 많이 들리는지 중국인 단체관광객 2팀이 식사중이었음.1층 연못 옆으로도 원두막처럼 지은 시당이 있으며 음식은 비교적 풍족하게 나왔고 홍차서비가 있었음.쇠꼬챙이에 꿴 고기가 맛있고 시골(?)이라서인지 토마토가 특히 맛있었음.
