We found this little cafe by accident when we picked up some items at the country store that is attached to it. It's off Highway 260, about 10-15 minutes past Willow Springs Lake. The cafe has small inside but has nice patio seating outside. We ate here on Friday; they had a delicious Fish Fry (all-u-can-eat) for $11.95. It included coleslaw (really tasty coleslaw), cornbread muffin, fries or baked potato, and a lightly breaded white fish (either Pollack or similar?) it was really delicious, not over-fried or over-battered.. it's not a beer-battered fish. The service was wonderful; attentive and friendly. They have really good prices for breakfast and lunch too. They do close early so get there in plenty of time if you're going for dinner. We highly recommend this place if you're up on the Rim or near Heber!

We’ve been driving from Florida to Arizona, we had been eating in a few fast food locations, however, once in AZ, cruising through the quaint town of Heber AZ, we pulled into the Three Bear Cafe. A family owned cafe, complete menu , everything is home made with great quality and flavor The friendly staff, is just that, super friendly. What else can one ask for after a week of driving across America. You’ll have to take the Waze short cut To get to this restaurant.

Affordable food at a drive-thru/walk up that tastes great. We are very partial to the Midwestern Pork Loin Sandwich served on a standard hamburger bun, but is close to double the size of the bun. The pork comes from a supplier in Iowa. It is breaded, fried, served with choice of lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mustard, mayo, or special sauce. Other menu items are breakfast sandwiches, BBQ sandwiches, Brats, and more. In the area or driving through Heber/Overgaard stop by and you won't be disappointed. Rick and Barb Fain encourage you to call ahead at 928-970-1199. Small building on the south side of Hwy 260 across from the big Ace Hardware store.Rick will smoke your meat if you prearrange it.

I love stopping here, but last Monday we escaped into the Red Onion from a heavy snowstorm that we ran into. In late May, in Arizona! Bless them for providing us with shelter, warmth and excellent burgers and fries. Service was just outstanding, Prices are very reasonable. Sides are huge, so order one to share. We ran out the door as soon as there was a real in the weather, but really appreciate that they were there and open!

Hometown cooking at its finest. The food was plentiful and very good. Homemade blueberry muffins . The place is small; I only saw 3 employees, one of whom I assumed to be the owner. They were friendly and attentive. There are not a lot of places in the area from which to choose but June’s is a good bet.

The Cabin is a friendly, casual bar & grill in Heber/Overgaard. Companion & I were impressed with the food & the friendly staff.  Homemade cole slaw, potato salad & beans were a treat, compared to prepackaged salads at many other places.  The tasty fried fish was crisp and had NO grease at all!  It was delicious.  The fries were just as crisp and not greasy at all.  A Saturday afternoon/evening special of BBQ ribs were tender and flavorfulThe Cabin has a wide selection of drinks.  Complimentary popcorn is available at a self serve station.  This is a a great spot for a fun, relaxed afternoon or evening.Thank you so much for your review!

Better plan on taking a To Go box jobs with you, these portions are huge. And the quality is everything you could hope from their classic American breakfast menu.Don't miss the chicken fried steak, but get the gravy on the side. Like everything else on the plate, they are generous with how much the serve.

This restaurant is in an old west looking set of buildings and has an old west feel although not “old”. There aren’t that many restaurants in Heber-Overgaard to chose from and even fewer if it’s after 7pm. The restaurant and bar area were both very full on this Thursday evening. The bar area serves meals too and has a patio area so you can chose which side you prefer. We found a high table in the bar. At first we were greeted by an overwhelmed server who told us to sit wherever we could find room and someone would get to us eventually that they were short staffed. It was a weird greeting and we almost left but a nice couple at a table told us the food would be worth the wait so we decided to stay and order a drink first. Fortunately that server was not our server, the other server working the restaurant area came right away and took our drink orders as well as made food suggestions. All potions are large. He was very nice and very attentive. The fried zucchini was really good but really large even for 2 people sharing. The chicken wings were large and meaty, perfectly prepared. We also split a southwest salad that used house smoked chicken that was very flavorful. We’d probably eat here again if we are in this area despite the surly greeting by the first server.Parking good.

I was hoping forth time would be a charm. Nope. I went in for breakfast today. I didn't think there was such a thing as a bad pancake, but there sure is. I spent $13 for breakfast and it sure wasn't worth it. I got two eggs, one piece of sausage, two pancakes (I did not eat) and a cup of coffee. $13!. I won't go back, that's for sure.
