We have different types of accommodation in our property. We have Deluxe AC/Non AC wooden cottages, beach huts for the customer that would like to stay just by the beach with sea view. Every hut has basic amenities with attached bathroom/toilet. For the customer who likes to stay in rooms, we have plenty of options like suite, executive, double, single with AC/NON AC.

Reviewed By Shravan kumar GThe reception staff is very rude. They are also unresponsive. Rooms are old, needs rework on the property. Restaurant looks shabby, needs upgradation. Also many dogs around. I asked the reception staff to escort me till room, they couldn’t do it. Very rude reception staff. Please fire your reception staff.

Travel here only if one wants leisure , min room service ( its good though but who wants room service when u can sit for hours on a beach front restaurant), nice team, Bikram, the rasta hairdo Bartenders ( missed his name, he Is from megalaya), Ranjeet and The GM Jojo... fabulous team..treat them well they take care of u .. The food portion are big and food super fresh .. Bar menu good ..drink like a fish.. Music good, access to beach 2 min lazy walk and u into the sea ..powerbackup yes..some issues with hot water but am sure it was fixed .. beautiful room ..Trust me ..room 11 is the best as only one with sea view ( partial ). Comedable is they did not cut trees to make the building, coconut tree passed thru the balcony Advise, take your own mosquitoe repellant ( they have good nite machine but sometimes mosquitoes beat them) They serve in room but give them time Roadtrip hint..head to Armbol Beach parking do not put the hotel as address else u might need to float device in your car ,landmark is St.Mary Church ..5 mins from there.If long stay ask panchayat parking guy he will give u a few tickets else inr 100 each time ..we got 6 days for 300 rupees .. Beach goers wear a mask else goa cops have challans ready Resort is neat and clean ..loads to do but just go to idle there We went with a 2 yr old and all took care of him and ensured we were well attended .

Nice place to stay if you get a good deal
Reviewed By Rishab awe stayed in Mariners Bay Beach Resort Arambol in Dec 2021 and we found hotel is quite good. A) At 2 Min walking distance from Arambol beach. B) Food served at their restaurant is very good even veg food. C) Hotel Staff is very polite and they try to respond to your request very quickly. D) Since these are wooden cottages so might face some issues at times, so my request would be to check-in early and get the room cleaned , sanitized as per your preference.

Pathetic customer treatment and facilities
Reviewed By akskabraGot one of the worst resort experience. Staff was as rude as possible. I visited the place with my wife and came here at 3 pm while checkin time was 12 pm. Still they asked us to wait for 20 min as room is not available. On getting room, we were upset like anything. Imagine a room with 0 mirrors(not even in bathroom), 0 dustbins, leaking taps, extremely dirty bed sheets and towels(probably they didn't even change what previous tenants used), no mosquito repellent, 0 complementary water bottles, poor wifi. Room was full of mosquitos and unhygienic. Reception guy who works in the kitchen as well was unresponsive and asked us to compromise even after all this. He stopped picking our phone at reception. Forget about less important stuff like tv, fridge, water kettle, coffee n other stuff. While writing this i realised this was really the worst experience of our life. Only +ve thing is - it is right on the arambol beach and resort is decently beautiful.

They made a lovely dinner arrangement in cabana. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Food was great and so was the pool. Don’t underestimate the power of small places, worth every penny you spend.

Reviewed By Pooja9777Never go for this property. I recently had such bad experience with these people. Made booking through goibibo, basically it's a Oyo property. I have already called n informed that I will do late check in that was in mid night. And guess what when I reached at 3:15 am in the morning after driving 600 km what a person would expect? This property was close. Nobody was there to attend us. Neither they respond to any calls. So this is highly unprofessional behavior. And nobody is bothered to call back n say sorry. We parked our car outside the premises and slept. Because we were extremely tired and expected a bed to sleep that night. Never book this property
