Reviewed By OBGTravelerThe staff was exceptional. We did not speak Portuguese and they did not speak English but we still managed to communicate. The rooms were clean and inviting. The breakfast was as good as it gets. They went out of their way to make certain that we were comfortable and happy. I believe they had a swimming pool but we did not bother to check that out.

Lugar lindo e atendimento simpático
Reviewed By cpH8462JNO lugar é lindo, e a moça que nos atendeu muito simpática, ficamos na cabana de pedra. Precisam melhorar muito o serviço de limpeza, o banheiro não estava limpo, não tinha sacos nos lixos, lâmpadas queimadas no piso inferior, não tem louça para preparar o café da manhã (necessário pois estão sem restaurante), registro do chuveiro coberto com fita isolante, sem tampa no ralo do box, não é possível fechar a janela do banheiro. Não tivemos serviço de limpeza durante a estadia o que torna a diária muito cara pelo que é oferecido (diária equivalente a hotel quatro estrelas). Sugerimos que melhorem estes pontos pois o hotel tem muito potencial.
