All rooms have free wi-fi internet access, TV with cable channels, split air-conditioning, dock station with bluetooth connection, minibar with 01 daily courtesy waters, armchair and table; Bathroom with complimentary amenities, hair dryer and grab bars in the adapted apartments. 100% Non-Smoking; Gym with brand new equipment and meeting room.

Reviewed By Kenny353A really great hotel, Accor comes to the 'burbs and nails it. Room is completely spotless, with an understated cool, and more spacious than other Ibis Styles I've stayed in, it's really very nicely done. Though I did get mauled by a rogue mosquito or two in the room on a couple of the nights, hopefully that's a one-off that will get resolved. Service is excellent, they are clearly on their game. As a gay couple we felt very welcome throughout. The general manager introduced himself over breakfast one day and confirmed the staff are chosen for their focus on customers. And it makes a difference, when the staff clearly seem to care whether you're having a good time. If you're lucky enough you might get served by the dream team of Alberth and Blink, who even took us out for drinks after their shift one night! That was a bit above-and-beyond, but everyone we met in our three day stay was super-friendly and enthusiastic. Breakfast was decent enough too. I can't see a reason for me to return to Alagoinhas, but if I did, I'd never consider staying anywhere else. And nor should you. Stay here!

Reviewed By Jaime NLado bom: atendimento. Café da manhã simples e pouco variado. O quarto estava com tomadas sem funcionar, descarga do banheiro com problema. Do lado de fora o chão é de terra e, como chovia muito, ficamos com os pés sujos de lama. As camas eram muito boas. Chuveiro quente. Mas via-se que o local está largado e necessitando de reforma urgentemente. O exterior estava sujo. Necessita de pintura. Não recomendo.
