This restaurant was the only option open in the small town of Chile Chico when we were there. While the food is decent, the menu is very limited: salmon, beef dishes, shellfish soup. We were advised that there is an Arab menu on Wednesdays, but only Arab sweets (as a complementary dessert) when we visited.In view of other reviews we saw prior to going, I suspect we may have caught them on a bad day (week before Christmas).

De paso por Puerto IbaÃ±ez para tomar el transbordador, hicimos un alto en el restaurante El Lago para tomar algo y refrescarnos despuÃ©s de unas cuantas horas de viaje. Lugar amplio con vista al Lago, ofrecen minutas y sandwiches, bebidas frescas variadas, helados y cafeterÃa. Muy buena atenciÃ³n.Si se tiene tiempo se puede aprovechar para visitar la Sala MuseogrÃ¡fica que se encuentra a unas puertas de distancia y que tiene una exposiciÃ³n sobre las primeras rutas y primeros pobladores del lugar.

Estamos alojados en el Costanera Apart y almorzamos el menu del dÃa, crema de verduras, raviolis con manteca a la salvia, mousse de limÃ³n. Mi Sra rÃ¶sti de Mozzarella con salsa de tomates y finas hierbas, un bife de vacuno con papas hilo fritas, arvejas con cebollitas perlas y tocino tostado y huevo frito, flan con dulce de leche $ 8.990 p/p. Magnifico! Lo recomendamos fuertemente. Si quieren alojar no duden en los apartamentos con vista al Lago.

This nice place has good food , bit very bad and non coordinated service, we had to wait a lot for our main course , in which one course was forgotten, so we had to wait and to eat mot simultaneously,Hope they will improve the service and than they will be worth visit again
