Wir reden hier nicht über ein Gourmet-Restaurant in einer Großstadt, sondern über typische Küche im Inland, in diesem Falle in einer Mittelstadt, gelegen an der Nationalstraße 45, Einzugsgebiet von vielen Dörfern.
Die Wirtin (eine Paisa, d.h. aus der Gegend von Medellin) ist von Textilgeschäften hierher gelockt worden und mit dem Restaurant seßhaft geworden. Sie bietet deftig, leckeres gut guten Preisen an, Spazialität: Paisa-Küche.

Una hamburguesa deliciosa, como hecho en casa. Delicioso, jugoso, hecho con ingredientes fescos y cariño. La mejor opción para comida tarde en Aguachica.

We stopped by here on our trip from Cartagena to Bogota, unfortunately we didn't know about this place going the other way several days before. I had the ribs which were excellent. If this restaurant existed in Bogota I would go to it regularly.

Un sitio muy especial en una ciudad que pareciera no tener lugares tranquilos. Pedimos la hamburguesa la cual es grande y de pura carne muy rica. También las pastas son buenas y la limonada de Yerba Buena. Realmente nos gustó

Dudamos al entrar en diferentes lugares, hay un par de lugares que se ven muy lujosos pero estaban solos, volteamos a ver este y había gente y excelente decoración. Nos sorprendió la música el ambiente y el servicio. Recomendadisimo!!!!
