For me anything free is a great blessing. And this one TOP it all coz food is non- fattening but delicious and filling. Drinks have great choices: pineapple and other branded sodas.love the mini sandwiches and pasta. Soft seats and adequate reading materials to kill waiting time before boarding.

I was transiting thru manila with my baby, on the way home to BNE. I booked a twin room, so we could rest before our next flight, which was 6hrs later. Unfortunately, I was directed straight onto my departure gate. The lounge is BEFORE security & immigration.. I called and also emailed to discuss refund and other options. Thankfully, they were able to arrange a recliner for me & my baby at their spa inside the international terminal. I also received an email advising they would refund my entry. VERY GRATEFUL for their understanding! :)
