I booked the 2 hour treatment with hamam, massage and facial, The manager Yuksel went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the service. The therapist was absolutely amazing and felt relaxed before my flight. I would highly recommend this place.

Reviewed By yorkshireyellowPro’s Location: set in woodland at the foot of a spectacular mountain range, the site is bounded at one end by the Med. A very impressive location. Food: Generally good, with freshly prepared local dishes, along with more generic staples. Our favourites included a range of kebabs, roasted aubergine, and Turkish pizza, but there were many other dishes to try. Staff: Generally very friendly and efficient. By the end of our first week we were being brought our favourite drinks without even asking for them - top marks for the bar staff. Cons Russians: Where to start with these people? As a nation they must be the most dour human beings on the planet. Why come on holiday if you act like you’re in the gulag! This wouldn’t normally matter, but they seem to make up about 70% of the guests here, and that really has a big impact on your experience. In addition most of them smoke - have they not heard of lung cancer? Therefore passive smoking cannot be avoided. Accommodation: The holiday rep candidly described it as ‘rustic’. What that translates into is very outdated decor with poor levels of maintenance and cleaning. Mind you, with the amount of smoking breaks the cleaners have, I’m surprised they get time for any actual work. The main complaint would be the levels of soundproofing in the walls - there isn’t any. It’s as though your neighbours are in the same room. You can hear everything they say and do, and I mean everything... Noise: If you like it loud then you’re in for a treat. It’s everywhere on this long narrow site. From your neighbour’s discussions through the paper thin walls to the speeding bin lorries which hammer down the service road at 6am. Then there’s the incessant din from the main swimming pool, and then the thumping generic europop which pervades the whole site - often until midnight - perfect when your kids should be asleep. The knock on effect is grumpy kids - just what you need on holiday. I almost forgot the fireworks - with late night displays most nights. So just when you’ve dropped off after listening to your neighbour’s drunken Russian jabbering, the loud explosions start. Don’t expect much sleep! It’s not realistic to expect total silence during the twilight hours - people will always act anti-socially - especially it seems if you like your vodka neat with your borscht. But when they built these shanties, sorry I mean apartments, did they not consider a delivery (from the Turkish version of Wickes) of sound insulation. You get more privacy in a tent. The ‘beach’: I grew up in seaside town with a superb long sandy beach - I know a beach when I see one. This is not a beach, it’s a man-made pile of sandy rubble, which actually leaves dirty marks on feet, hands, clothes, etc. Wifi: It’s not free like it said in the printed sheet we were given by Thomas Cook. Don’t buy it - it doesn’t work - what a rip off! When we complained and asked for a discount the reception staff where rude and unwilling to consider it. Customer service in the Champion Holiday Village is very poor. Summary At times it can be really lovely here, but overall it’s a below par 3 star at most - and certainly not the 4 star (heart) given by Thomas Cook - this is misrepresentation pure and simple. We met several guests who shared our experiences and like them we will never return.

Not bad, but not good enough
Reviewed By 338majiddI asked 5 time from the reception to bring a kettle and coffee to my room but nobody cares here. Some of the staffs are rude, however , most of them are polite. Breakfast and lunch are not good at all.

Old and boring hotel
Reviewed By trmelihI've stayed in this hotel 3 times . My first visit at the end of 90's it was good , foods , rooms and the feelings of luxury was high. My second visit was 2012 it was so so good . My last visit in this summer (2019) Only the crew are helpful and good . The hotels make you feel in 90's because hotel buildings and rooms are quite old. The main problem are foods . The condition if restaurant are bad because ventilation system is bad smells of foods are really fulsome and foods are generslly unhealthy. I don't recommend this hotel

Not a 5 star family friendly hotel
Reviewed By gurpreet dThis claims to be a 5 star but isn't. It's more like a 3 star. We stayed 28may until the 3june. The first 3 days we were lucky if we were offered water in the restaurant by staff. Last 3 days the seem to have staffed adequately and finally managed to get some water when sitting down. The tables in the restaurant aren't cleaned at all after someone leaves. We found many stains and ended up using our own antibacterial wipes to clean the table. We also in the first 3 days physical picked up and got the baby chair- high chair ourselves after waiting 10 mins for service. The indoor pool wasn't heated and we complained to tui to no avail. There weren't enough loungers by the pool and I asked the staff for them only to be told there wasn't anymore. I've got pictures of 100s blocking the path to the beach. Staff were just rude and answered no to any question! The rep in the hotel isn't helpful and won't translate or ask management to do anything. Apparently his job is to sell tickets for tours. I asked for 2 cots and other bits to be put in the room ready for arrival. This wasn't done!!!! Despite email confirmation from hotel. They essentially do what they want and expect you to put up with it and not complain. Despite this huge error on their part they never apologised to me and honestly that's all I wanted!!!! We arrived by our own private transfer and weren't even offered a drink or a seat to sit on. The luggage guy actually told the staff to send us to lunch. Honestly promote those guys as they speak better English and actually help guests more than the reception staff. Many occasion they actually translated and told reception what to do!!! The food the chef makes is good but they're obviously restricted and mostly catering towards the Russian clientele. To the point where very few staff speak English. The restaurant food times are not family friendly. Lunch finishes at 2.30 and then dinner doesn't start until 6.30. if you have young children.... Then you will find a que of people waiting at the restaurant for it to open for dinner. This to be clear is because most baby's and toddlers go to sleep at 7pm. So having dinner at 6.30pm is too late. They really need to change this and do dinner at 5pm. They don't need to do a dinner service until midnight. Please change this. If you truly want to be a family friendly restaurant. Secondly please make some different dishes! Boiled chicken and fish is very basic. I would recommend a book by SR nutrition which has some great pasta, fish and chicken meals that your chefs could make. Also the speciality restaurants don't open until 7pm. Therefore rendering them unusable for parents of toddlers! That's not family friendly! After the disaster meal we didn't bother booking again. The kids were just too tired to eat or let us eat. If tui or this hotel employ someone to audit/mystery shop this hotel then they need to be sacked! As this is not 5 star service. We are at the sunset bar for lunch on a couple of occasions. There was an irrate lady there. She was complaining about the fact that she ordered a plain tomato pasta for her kids and kept being given a spicy one. We too experienced this and they simply bring the same food back saying it's not spicy. But it is. When you ask the restaurant to make pasta at the pasta station their sauce is lovely and not spicy for the kids. But the one at the sunset bar is spicy. Please talk to your chef and have him use the right sauce! Secondly there is only one baby chair at this restaurant therefore if your the second family they don't have a chair for you! That's not family friendly! On this holiday I loved the cocktails but the food was a little saddening. I only put on 0.5kg in weight! The best food night was actually the Turkish night. Maybe they should dot hat more rather than the constant international night. Overall this was disappointing holiday. I had high hopes after reading the reviews. The grounds are lovely and well kept. The room we were upgraded into had a disgusting smell in the bathroom but we just have up complaining. As it always fell on death ears. To put into perspective after seeing me with my 2 toddlers... 1 and Nealy 3 year old in a double buggy. I was offered a first floor room that had no lift. I was told it was perfect for me! When I pointed out I have 2 young children he looked confused! I had to say that a spiral staircase isnt kid friendly and neither is it buggy friendly! If you have older children who can deal with the late meal times or are a couple this holiday will work for you. If you ahve toddlers that are used to eating early and you therefore have to too... You will be stuck like we were!
