Reviewed By caroler5861The room we were given was handicapped accessible--which we did not ask for nor did we need. The bathroom counter was so small that we couldn't keep our toiletries on it. There was no refrigerator or microwave. When I asked about it at the desk, I was told that those are only standard in the suites, but said they could bring them in, so we asked for a refrigerator, There was a very small table with two chair, but no desk. Lighting was poor. Breakfast was awful--tasteless biscuit sandwiches that had been microwaved. Parking lot was in back of hotel, and we had to enter and exit through the breakfast room. That was okay, except when we came in after 10 p.m. one night, the door was locked, so we had to walk around the building to the front. On the day we were leaving, we received two plastic bags on the door handle. One stated that they do not offer daily housekeeping services, and if we wanted our linens and towels washed, we had to put them into the second bag and leave them outside our room. SERIOUSLY??? We did NOT pay $130+ per night to prep the laundry!!! The ONLY reason I rated this property "Poor" and not "Terrible" is that the room was clean and beds were comfortable enough, and staff tried to help. EXTREMELY disappointing!!! We will NEVER come back to this property!!!

The pool area was clean also! I was so impressed! I will definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area again!

Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, towels. Water is hot and plentiful. Plenty of parking and pet friendly. Shannon and Sean are awsome. We stop here as often as we can. The owners are great too.

Reviewed By KPPP4872This location is easy to find, safe, quiet, and close to places to eat. Housekeeping was a 5 and the outside was well kept up. Our first floor had an inside and outside door so I could back the car right to the door. This is an older building but well kept up and up to date. Shower/tub was clean, non slip surface, grab bar, good pressure and hot water. My only complaints would be the lighting in the room- bathroom was good- and the mattress was soft. Morton is a few miles east of Peoria and I would suggest consider checking Morton out before Peoria. We would recommend this QI.

We are nearby top attractions such as the Caterpillar Visitors Center and the Peoria Civic Center, as well as businesses including Ricoh, G&D Integrated, and Unzicker Equipment.

Manager would not help and said he didn't have authority to help. Horrible experience for traveling through. I will never book a reservation with them again and suggest you don't either.
