C3 has something for everyone, it is one of the best Malls in Trinidad. Whether you are going to JTA for your shopping or looking for something to wear you will be more than satisfied. Oh don’t forget to visit the food court again you won’t be disappointed as you will love the choices you have. People sometimes complain that it’s difficult to park I have not found this but if you do it will show you how popular this Mall is.

A beautiful landmark in the heart of San Fernando. Beutifully maitained and the floral decorations are superb. Now air conditioned. Slight problemparking during services on weekends but there is soon to be a new carpark.Also designated a pro-cathedral.

Had Dinner with friends at TGIF, and needed something to do afterward. This was not my first time to a Casino but it was my BEST Experience. It had a delay at the reception area but after going inside, it was a surprise to see how big it was. I would have never known about this place. Great Place to gamble, plus had some ice cream and drinks until i left. Thanks for a good night...will be back soon! Ps...the receptionists Diane & Radha was great, explained everything which made it easy to excuse the delay in entering the casino.

Durante la nostra esplorazione della parte sud-ovest dell'Isola di Trinidad, e più precisamente dirigendoci fino all'estremità della penisola THE SERPENT'S MOUTH che si protende verso il Venezuela, siamo capitati in una zona di ripopolamento di animali selvatici, circondata da vistosi cartelli che segnalavano di stare attenti.
Praticamente, allontanandosi dalla Columbus Bay in direzione di Icacos, punto estremo della penisola e dell'isola stessa, prima ci si ritrova circondati da un bosco di palme che, gradatamente, lasciano lo spazio ad altre piante e cespugli e, ad un certo punto, sia a destra che a sinistra, la strada é affiancata da dei laghetti...
Innumerevoli gli uccelli che si possono vedere (un cannocchiale sarebbe stato utile) procedendo lentamente.....
Ci chiedevamo il motivo dei cartelli che segnalavano di essere prudenti finché abbiamo incrociato un gruppetto di persone, scese dalla loro macchina che, emozionatissimi, ci hanno indicato "caiman"....
Ho scattato una veloce foto (dove si vede ben poco del caimano) e, per prudenza, sono risalita in auto.
Comunque é sicuramente una zona che merita una visita se si é appassionati di natura.

This New York themed edition of Movie Towne is located in South Trinidad in the C3 shopping Plaza. It is very easy to access as it's just beside the highway. Although the car park is big holding over approx 800 cars (shared by C3) it's always challenging to get a park. There are 10 normal movie screens, a vip movie lounge, a concession stand, bars, restaurants and shopping kiosks. They accept cards and cash. The only shortcoming I can highlight is that it doesn't seem to be wheel chair friendly.
Movie Towne is the perfect entertainment spot to take the family, it has something for everyone.

So, the two ladies in my life got a very special treat for their birthdays (both happens to be in January)... A day out at the spa... They were treated to a massage, manicure, pedicure, facial, mud wrap and some time in a portable sauna...
Upon entering, we were greeted with some very relaxing music and pleasant aroma... You can feel the tension already melting away from your shoulders as you walked up the stairs to sit in the waiting area... Our host was very polite when greeting us... She escorted the ladies to the rooms... Their sessions would last a few hours... Since I didn't come for any service, I bounced!!!
Returning a few hours later, I met the ladies actually glowing... Wrapped in their robes, they were all smiles and did not want to leave the place... Their nails were done very nicely and their skins so smooth... They pondered as to where the hours went so quickly... They told me that it was fantastic and would come again... They especially talked about the massage, which they said was, in their own words, magical... A word I have never heard anyone of them used... Ever... I then vowed to return for a massage from that person with those enchanted fingers... Reluctantly, the girls changed and and we were on our way home... We'll be back here very soon...

At Anugraha Yoga we provide a safe space, teachings, and encouragement to guide you on your journey. We provide private and corporate classes and workshops locally and are open to the possibility of international opportunities. Currently we are exploring how we can expand our range to include online services - if you are not able to meet with us physically, we are happy to invite you to be a part of our online community.
