This is a small old theater with great prices! I can afford to take my grandchildren here without breaking the bank. Admission is $5.00 for everyone - last week they had free admission.
Snacks are very reasonable and for the 6 of us with tons of snacks was about 40.00 dollars! Great family atmosphere, seating is not bad, quality of film is good....

I can never keep the sisters straight ( sorry Kelly!!) - Mecan River is a family run business. I hope they never stop running river trips. Kayaking on the Mecan is family friendly. The water in the river is shallow and very clean. Most folks won't have trouble navigating the waters of the Mecan. Mecan River Outfitters do basically everything to ensure that you have a wonderful time. These folks are friendly and nice. Also they have trips of various length and difficulty level. The Mecan River is a beautiful river. After you're done, consider stopping by their restaurant- I think they have decent sandwiches.

I found out about this store here on Tripadvisor. It is a nice store with candy I haven't seen for many years. It was winter time so the ice cream section was closed. The cashier was very friendly. The prices were decent and the selection was very big. They also sell other items besides candy, like candles, Beanies, cards and more.

We have been several times. The food is great and service, too. More of a café type of atmosphere (with booze) Portions are huge.. And don't order a large pizza without asking about it. It's huge and I think it's like $36.

Right next to kwik trip, fill up, grab a snack and walk down by the waterfalls and take a sec to relax. Normally have swans swimming around which are really cool to see. Who doesn't love the sound of waterfalls!

Stopped for a beer and some conversation with the locals and ended up playing cribbage. New owners are doing well. Good place for small parties. Spotted Cow on tap.
