With the harmonic lifestyle of traditional Malta as our backdrop and the Mediterranean Sea outside our door, we offer a dive base like no other. Our doors are open all year round to welcome divers willing to experience the beauty beneath our seas. Wreck can be enjoyed within less than a minute travel time to shore or boat, varying depths between 18m and 80m. This way all enthusiastic divers may explore to their hearts content at the level most comfortable to them. Between tug boats and planes, freighters and destroyers, anyone can dive what pleases them most. The caves and reefs that stretch along the Maltese Islands can be reached by our boat so every nook and cranny can be enjoyed. When learning to dive you expect care and attention as well as a dedicated professional. We know that and therefore insist on the importance of attentive instruction at all levels of diving.

Freediving with Arturo in Malta was great!
Aside from being an excellent freediving instructor, he’s a very nice and down-to-earth guy who it’s a pleasure to be around.
In addition, he knows a lot of great locations to go freediving in Malta and Gozo (including some very nice shipwrecks).
I’d go back to Malta again just to freedive with Arturo.

Sant'Antnin Family Park

Reviewed By thetravellingmanUk - uk

My wife and I decided to explore this park in the late afternoon, and towards the end of September 2017. We reached the park by taking a bus to Marsascala, and then walking up the hill from the centre.
We are frequent visitors to Malta but this was our first time here. The park opened in February 2013. It was previously used as a landfill/dump site back in the 1970's. It is clear to see that a lot of effort has gone in to making the park the way it looks today, but even so, we couldn't help but get the feeling that it is not quite finished yet.
It really covers a vast area.
There is a free car park, children's play areas, an Amphitheatre, a small section with animals, picnic area, dog park, maze, a relaxation area, plus a whole lot more besides. There is a Visitor's Centre too, but this was closed when we arrived. There was a sign on the door saying that their opening hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am until 1pm.
For us, this was quite a pleasant, and unusual find in Malta.
We noticed that the park started to get busier with locals bringing their children along as early evening approached.
For visitors, probably better visiting in the cooler months, or in the early mornings or evenings during the summer season, as it can get extremely hot during the day in the summer season.
Wear suitable footwear, be prepared to do quite a bit of walking if you intend exploring the place fully, and take drinks/snacks with you, as we certainly couldn't see anywhere to buy refreshments.

Torri Mamo

Reviewed By Kim F - London, United Kingdom

This Torri is beautiful inside and it's such a pity it is always closed. The hotel Jemma palace which is opposite it between the sea and the Torri is completely derelict with graffiti all over it and slowly falling down so the whole area which could be interesting and worth a visit is just awful. I wouldn't make an effort to go there except when walking to St Thomas's around the point.

St. Thomas Tower

Reviewed By Rune S

The building looks interesting, but is sitting in a clearly "abandoned lot" where vegetation is just left to it self.
A cat colony has taken over the grounds and are roaming the place.
It looks like an interesting place - but it could need a caring hand - and to be opened so you can visit it and see it on the inside
